I thought travel agents were literally a thing of the past. I could find my own flights, thank you very much. Wrong! They found a great flight for my husband and myself and my sister, at the lowest price available. They are pros. I appreciated their honesty about not using points because it's just too time consuming for them. Give them a try - you never know and they saved us minimum several hundred dollars per ticket. Thank you Trip Designs!

Trip design team bailed me out again. Found out Tokyo was getting hit by typhoon after the office was closed, but they had a revised itinerary within two hours so I could avoid a disaster and keep the rest of my two week business trip schedule intact. I've been using Trip design for over 15 years and they always provide this type of extraordinary service.

I cannot say enough great things about Milica and Trip Designs. I have always planned my own vacations and have always felt that I was pretty savvy putting together my vacations having been a former flight attendant and knew my way around the travel industry. I started planning my honeymoon a year ago. I booked our cruise to Italy, France and Spain on my own; easy enough. My problem was trying to find 2 business class seats to Rome with a return flight from Barcelona for a reasonable price. I found Trip Designs here on Yelp and went into their office. Milica was able to find me these tickets easily and we booked. That was in January of this year and that's just the beginning of what Milica has done for us. As we all know, the craziness of the Pandemic began to hit shortly after and was full-fledged by mid March. We were NOT going to Italy. I cancelled our cruise and that was fairly easy, but getting through to the airlines and getting a refund would have been impossible on my own. You

After postponing our long awaited trip to Italy due to Covid we just returned Monday, May 16th and it was absolutely amazing! When i started planning the trip, I knew for sure that I wanted someone to develop a wonderful trip with our input for a dream itinerary and to make this as hassle free for my wife and I. Milica delivered 1000%! It was the best organized vacation ever and everything went smoothly and we saved a ton of wasted time using Milica. I can't say enough about Milica! If you want a great trip start in Rome, then to Florence, day trip to Cinque Terre, then to Milan, day trip to Lake Como and finish in Venice! Gonna have Milica start on next year adventure in Europe!
