Heather was wonderful to work with. Our trip was to Seattle and Orcas Island in Washington. She provided us with plenty of options for things to do, lodging, and food while we were planning our trip. She was very accessible and we were able to communicate with her whenever we needed to. She also ended up saving our trip. She had booked our ferry ride out to Orcas Island for us. When we reached Anacortes where the ferry was, she informed us that the ferry that day was cancelled, and we would have to wait until the next day to make it out. She found us a hotel in minutes in Anacortes and then not long after let us know that the ferry was operational again and we could make it to the island that night. We had never used a travel agent before and we weren't expecting that level of involvement with our trip. Her level of detail, planning, and punctuality were really apparent throughout the vacation. Heather helped plan an amazing trip to Jamaica for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, a category 5 hurricane got in the way of these plans, but Heather immediately stepped in to help us pivot to a honeymoon in Florida. We had a wonderful time while there! Then, on the day we were set to fly back, a software glitch caused our airline to delay and cancel all flights. Heather helped guide us towards options that got us home, while other travelers remained stranded for 2-4 more days. Heather also helped us to get full refunds from resorts and airlines. Safe to say, we would not have made it through our trip without her!

Middle of October came quicker than I expected. I was supposed to be flying to Cartagena, Colombia for a friend's birthday in November and still didn’t have my flight booked. I called and quickly explained my predicament: no flight, nothing planned, etc. Within an hour Heather had my flight booked, a list of things to do in Cartagena, and a week before I left I had a list of what to do, what to pack, as well as what not to do, and what not to pack.

Once in Colombia is when I became a true believer in her services, from a boat ride with only our party on it, to an island that was next to secluded, to her advice on making passport copies everything she recommended was on point.

Power went out in Cartagena and I was able to call her at 7am on a Sunday to ask about my flight. She had already looked up my flight and had been tracking it to make sure it was on time. She is unbelievable!
