Francine did a top notch job. A few years ago I utilized her services to book a trip to Disney World for my children and grandchildren. Honestly, I thought that trip was managed with the utmost professionalism. Well Francine out did herself as she outdid herself planning on a cruise, and she blew the roof off again! This time we surprised our family and booked a Disney Cruise on the New Treasure. Everything was spectacular the trip, the recommendations and Francine’s total control of going over and beyond. I can not recommend Francine as a travel agent enough. She is quick to respond no matter when you message her and recommend so many helpful tips for our upcoming trip.
