I’d 110% recommend using Heidi - Heidi helped my daughter and I plan our first big trip. She listened to our needs, helped find the location (Turks and Caicos), identified an amazing property that was in our budget, explained all the intricacies of trip insurance, helped with an excursion (snagged us a boat pickup by our hotel so we avoided taxi ride) and was extremely responsive throughout the process. She had first hand knowledge of the island which was helpful. I cannot recommend her enough! Will definitely use her again.

Heidi did an amazing job planning and organizing our trip. She was fantastic helping us narrow the focus and trying to help us fit a lot of site seeing into a condensed period of time for the amount of ground we covered. Heidi made our 14-day vacation so easy for us with all the details planned impeccably. We spent time with her discussing our desires and goals and she did all the rest. Her app is so helpful and can be accessed with or without being online. Even though you have everything you need, Heidi is always available on your trip too if you need to make a change. From start to finish, Heidi made our trip so much easier than trying navigate all that we did on our own. Our family determined that an all-inclusive with childcare would be the best fit for a spring break trip but had no experience with those resorts.
