Can I just say it was by far the best Disneyland trip I’ve ever had. Nicole definitely knows her stuff and I’m so glad I went through her instead of thinking I can book this trip all on my own! She made it SO much easier, all of it. From dining recommendations to explaining all the new things Disneyland offers now. The hotel she found for us was perfect! Location was perfect and they were so nice, let us check in like 4 hours early. (I get that we might’ve just gotten lucky here, but still, Nicole chose this hotel for us.) I will never do Disney without Genie+ ever again, which Nicole recommended in the first place. We basically got everything we wanted done in the first 3-4 hours and just chilled the rest of the day. Thank you so much for all your help. We’re still trying to figure out next years big trip, which I will definitely be asking Nicole for help with, but this trip was nothing short of perfect.

I am now on my third vacation connecting with Nicole to help me put together the next trip/vacation. Each one gets better and better! She is thorough and diligent in organizing the trip of our dreams. She is quick to respond and is always on the ready to help with every detail before and during each trip. Last summer, my 16-year old son and I went to Disney and Universal with Nicole’s guidance and support. We ended up having the BEST time. Every detail was considered. My son and I left that trip with forever memories filled with laughter, fun, great dining/full bellies, lots of gratitude, and overflowing love and appreciation with and for each other. Nicole made this beautiful trip possible and I am so thankful she was our guide. There was zero stress. She thought of everything. Nicole was absolutely AMAZING helping us plan and book our family cruise. We were so excited, but honestly a little overwhelmed because cruising with kids comes with a lot of questions, and she made the entire process feel simple and stress free. She helped us pick the right ship and itinerary for our family, explained the different room options, and made sure we were set up with the best choice for our needs. But what really stood out was how knowledgeable she was about cruising with kids. She walked us through everything from the kids clubs and age groups to onboard activities, family friendly entertainment, dining options, and what there is to do on sea days so we never felt like we were “winging it.” Nicole also helped us understand the whole cruise process, like embarkation day, what to pack for the kids, how meals work, and even little tips that made a big difference once we were onboard. She was always quick to respond, super organized, and genuinely cared that our family had the best experience possible. We had an incredible trip, and I truly can’t imagine planning it without her. If you’re thinking about booking a cruise with your family, Nicole is the person you want in your corner.

I may be biased as Nicole is my wife, but she has planned, graciously, countless memorable adventures for us and our family. From all inclusive trips to the Caribbean to treasured family moments with our kids in Walt Disney world. She has gone above and beyond to secure reservations, plan excursions and be sure that we get the upmost of our experiences in the world. Nicole has planned trips for both business and pleasure. She listened to what I had to say and found exactly what I wanted and needed! I had a hip issue, so she even made sure that my hotel room was near an elevator and had a walk in shower. She has planned everything from hotel rooms to excursions. Nicole and the work she does is absolutely amazing! I will definitely use her services again and I highly recommend her!!!!
