Jeffrey was an excellent partner in guiding us through the process of
building our three-city trip. Due to illness we had to cancel and reschedule and his quickness and attention to detail was beyond what was expected. We were able to reschedule, he saved our expenses in rescheduling to a very minimum. He is personable and eager to create whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with! He provided me with multiple options to compare the amenities of the different resorts and what fit best into my budget. I had initially booked a different resort through him and, upon further consideration, wanted to switch resorts. He seamlessly switched me to the desired resort and accommodation type.

It was much easier to work through Jeffrey then to engage directly with Disney on making sure our accommodations were at the correct resort and the correct room type!

Jeff was great to work with, super responsive and attentive to our needs for our large party of 8. Our group ranged from 9 months to 72 years old and he made sure that everyone, regardless of their age was comfortable and would have an enjoyable trip. He was always available when we had questions via phone or text and took the time to have a Zoom meeting with our group to go over the details of the trip. He was even gracious enough to check in with us while we were on our trip to make sure that our needs were met. He put a lot into planning our trip and we would definitely utilize and trust him for our next trip!
