If you are looking for a travel agent that is all around fantastic with a wealth of knowledge, Lynnette Pena Kelly is the one for you! Being first time travelers to Europe, she was there in the beginning for us in keeping to our budget but offering the best in hotels in great locations. She was honest in giving great advice on what was attainable in seeing for our allocated time frame. Also amazing advice with her tips for traveling in each country along with must have travel items. Our trip was PERFECT and we had a wonderful time!! In advance of our trip, Lynette met with us several times and listened carefully to what we needed and wanted as part of our itinerary. She also made suggestions. Lynette prearranged all our transportation including airfare, car services in Italy, and train transportation as well as all our accommodations, and tour guides in Venice, Florence, Senna, and Volterra. All the tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything Lynette arranged for us worked out so smoothly that we had no worries and were able to enjoy all the cities and sites we went to see. She showed extra personal care and concern for us that when we got lost walking to meet a tour guide and were late, she texted and called to check up on us. We just returned back home on September 27, 2025 and we are already making a list of sites we would like to see on our next trip. We plan to call Lynette again to help us arranging our itinerary, transportation, accommodations, and tour guides. Thank you Lynette!!!

Lynnette was amazing - she helped develop a great itinerary based on my family’s preference, found us some wonderful resorts, arranged all the transfers, excursions and more. She provided a wealth of information to help us prepare for the trip and enjoy ourselves while there. And when I wanted to add a couple of excursions on the fly, Lynnette was available by cell to help us navigate the local language. Our son gave the trip a huge thumbs up which is saying something!
