He solves every problem! He helps with everything, I have only to ask! He is quick to respond and easy to work with. It is so good to be able to go to him and he can solve any problem with the company with which we happen to be traveling! Ever since we started working with Rod, after a trip with a dear friend almost 10 years ago, we have used him for every cruise we've taken with cruise lines such as Seabourn, Abercrombie and Kent and, most recently, Hurtigruten. He has always been there for us when we needed someone to help with questions for those cruise companies. He is organized and able to make sure we're happy on a cruise. He has gotten us to Antarctica (twice), the Arctic (twice) Northwest Passage, Greece, Norway, and Alaska. We will continue to use him as our agent for as long as we travel.
