Truly a great vacation!

I had planned this trip with Alyssa for a year and a half. I have never been to Disney so I had a lot of questions. She knows the parks! She kept me informed of any upgrades and advised when we should book the direct flights. She handled all of the reservations from the flights, hotel and dining with ease. She also arranged for lightning lanes and maneuvering around the various parks so we were able to be at the park for dinner and see fireworks at night. I didn’t have to worry about a thing because she handled everything! If you want a stress-free vacation, you need to contact Alyssa.

The resort was beautiful and set up to allow even families with young children to relax. Would highly recommend the beaches resort, it’s worth the money! Wish that flights were part of the travel agent package.

Trip of a lifetime!

Alyssa had a tall order booking a trip for a family of 15 for my in-law’s 50th wedding anniversary! We weren’t sure we could pull it off with 7 children ranging in age from 1 to 8, but Alyssa managed to book our rooms at a HUGE resort and got us rooms extremely close together, on the first floor near a gorgeous pool. She answers all our questions, made sure everyone was in order and even checked on us while we were there!

What an amazing experience working with Alyssa. With all the changes going on over the years at Disney, we were extremely nervous about what to expect. Especially because we were spending a lot of money and wanted to make the best out of everything. Not Alyssa extremely knowledgeable, she gave us great tips and advice. And The icing on the cake was when Alissa called us two days before our trip to make sure we were all set and ready to go. Unbelievable service. Not to mention she dropped me a text in the middle of vacation just to see if everything was going OK and if we needed anything.
