Travel has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember... from early family trips that sparked a lifelong love of travel, to now exploring the world with my own family!
As a mom of three, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to research and plan a vacation on top of work, family life, and everything else on your plate. That’s where I come in. Great experience with Anne at Timeless Tales Travel! I was so happy with her travel planning expertise and the amazing vacation, I booked a second vacation right away. Anne was a real professional from beginning to end. Even though we were last minute in booking, she has took the time to understand our many requirements and found a few great options to choose from. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the travel arrangements, as well as practical and honest which was comforting as we were 1st timers at the all-inclusive resort experience. This great service ensured we did not have any surprises and were well prepared. It was a wonderful holiday! can't wait for the next trip! will definitely use Timeless Tales Travel again.

Perfect from beginning to end!

We worked with Anne- she was so responsive & helpful...even when we needed some assistance during the trip! We went with one of her recommended resorts for March Break 2026 and were so glad we did- everyone had a great time, transfers were seamless thanks to her arranging assistance in advance for a member of our family who needed extra help. Would definitely use Anne and Timeless Tales Travel again!

Anne has been our travel agent for 3 years now. My sisters and I travel together from different areas and we all have certain things we need/want. Anne is extremely patient, listens and somehow manages to work within our budget and timelines. She answers all of our questions and helps us make decisions if we are waffling.
We really wanted to go to Jamaica but never thought we would be able to. We tossed the idea out to Anne and she came back to us with 3-4 options. She found us the perfect resort that met all of our needs. We stayed at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites, Montego Bay. She warned us of some potential issues/problems due to the hurricane last year and made sure we saw any warnings from the area and the resort. It was my favourite vacation, ever. The vibe at the resort was chill but there was lots of fun stuff to do if you wanted to join in and great music and dancing. Which is exactly what we wanted. We have aged out of crazy party resorts and this place was perfect. The food was the best food I’ve had at a resort and the staff was amazing. And not just the ones you normally talk to (bartenders, entertainers, concierge), it was cleaning staff, lifeguards, pool staff, gardeners, bus boys. Everyone smiles and says hello and genuinely seems happy to see you and ask where you are from and wants you to enjoy Jamaica.
Back to Anne, not only did she help us plan the trip, she checked in with us multiple times, right up until we flew out. Reminding us of essential items to bring and customs paperwork. She also checked on us soon after we arrived home to welcome us back.
It was a 10/10 experience as usual and I’m very grateful for all of Anne's time, help, support and patience.

Northern Lights Adventure - WOW!
Anne Rebelo from Timeless Tales Travel was really wonderful! She helped me and my 3 travel companions book a last minute trip to Yellowknife, NWT. We didn't decide until February to go to Yellowknife in March, and that was when we discovered that March is a super popular time to visit. She managed to book everything we wanted to do. Northern Lights viewing, dog sledding, ice fishing and snowmobiling! It was such a great time! Thanks Anne!

Definitely booking again!
We used Anne for our most recent and first trip and she was amazing. She super friendly, gave us options to choose from, answered my million questions with ease and also checked on us to see how we are doing. When on the trip I wanted to book our next cruise but wasn’t sure how it was impact Anne because I really enjoyed her service but found out that I can still use the deposit and onboard credit booking through my own travel agent, what a relief! Needless to say, we are definitely booking another vacation through Anne! ??
