We've used Laura on numerous occasions for our vacations and at this point will not use anyone else. She's prompt, informative about what's going on with the process, and knows her stuff about the vacations we are booking.
When it comes time to booking the onboard experiences she is always on top of it doing it for us or reminding us when we need to do it and then makes sure everything was successful.
She handled our multi family vacation with ease as well and made sure all of had all the information we needed.

Great 25th anniversary trip!

Laura was great to work with! I changed my mind multiple times on a destination and each time she happily sent me more options. She answered all my questions and helped us pick the perfect trip. During travel we had a flight delay and she immediately started working trying to find us alternate travel and contacting the resort and transportation company to let them know of our delay. Planning a big trip is stressful but Laura definitely helped ease that burden!

Incredible Anniversary Weekend

Animal Kingdom Lodge was nowhere on our radar when we reached out to you for our last minute Anniversary weekend, but we are so glad it was on yours! 😊 Every morning we woke up to a view of incredible African animals grazing right outside our window. The pool complexes at both Jambo House and Kidani Village provided a relaxing escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Jiko and brunch at Boma. Once we parked our car, we didn't move it until we checked out. What a special getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you. I wanted a fun girls trip that was a close plane trip I’d never been to.
Laura found us an amazing hotel right on the beach, with a restaurant and an outdoor stage with really good live music. It was also within walking distance to the pier and docks.

I love working with Laura on my travel plans. She helped me design an amazing pre and post cruise stay. I was nervous about taking the train from Naples to Rome. How much luggage can I bring? How do I find my train? We only speak and read English.
No worries, Laura had me covered. She provided me with valuable information on how to navigate through the Barcelona train station, and secured excellent seats on for us. She was very reassuring and checked on us through our journey.

Laura did a great job helping us coordinate and choose the resort that most fit our needs and wishes for our first visit to St. Lucia. Sandals Grande was a fantastic experience all the way around. Our Out West National Park Vacation

Bucket List Trip from Venice to Athens

Laura was amazing. She was great to work with and helped to make our dream vacation the best trip ever. My husband has mobility issues, so we are not able to do everything so easily. Laura planned everything for us down to every little detail. She made sure our hotels were booked, we had transportation waiting for us at all locations, our cruise ship was all booked, and so much more. Our flight coming home was delayed and airlines rebooked us on later flight. Laura was paying attention to this and moved our seats for us to the seats we liked. We needed a hotel within walking distance to Radio City Music Hall so we could see Hugh Jackman live. I also wanted to be sure the hotel had a free breakfast.
Wow, Laura sure did exceed our expectations on the hotel reservation. The walk was only about 10 minutes to the theater and only a block from Times Square. Another plus was the best pizza place ever, right next to our hotel. The free breakfast buffet was really good.

Looking forward to our next trip on the Viking to the Western Med!

Laura helped us book an amazing cruise on AmaWaterways to see the Tulip Season in full bloom. She helped coordinate our flights, an amazing stay at the wonderful Sofitel Legend - The Grand, and recommended some amazing tours prior to our sailing. Laura is amazing and NCL Escape is a good ship

Working with Laura was very easy and she thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. She made sure we were updated until the day we left. The ship was the Norwegian Cruise Line Escape. It has many pluses including variety of food, variety of entertainment, cleanliness at all places, and beautiful ports to visit. There were a few things our group thought NCL could have done better like ease of getting on and off at Great Stirrup Cay, more pool areas, better quality of food at the buffet, monitor the smoking on patios, and crowdedness of disembarkation. These are all factors Laura has no control over but would be good to share with other travelers. Overall I would go on this trip again. Excited to try different ships within NCL and want to try Royal Caribbean too.
