Shannon is the best travel advisor I have ever worked with. My adult son is profoundly hearing impaired and this was his trip of a lifetime. It was a trip I started planning myself prior to finding Shannon. She supported decisions to book and rebook to save money, she gave me great options for better hotel values(like $100 free food at the hotel). She helped me arrange great tours and was open to feedback when one of the driver services was not what we expected. I felt like I had a guardian angel on my shoulder all along the way. When I contacted Shannon about looking into cruises for me and my husband, she was fantastic! We decided last minute to try and plan a trip to Disney. I’m talking thirty days out. I thought it would be impossible but I messaged Shannon anyways. She was on it from the first text. She had all our possible resorts with prices for us to choose. She gave us all the best tips on how we should early entry/rope drop and booked our lightening lanes. We seriously had the best time ever and we can’t wait to use Shannon again for our next trip.

We are avid cruisers and typically book ourselves. We tasked Ms. Shannon with booking our summer family vacation cruise with our kids (21 & 16) and it went off without a hitch. She was able to get us a better rate than we could’ve gotten otherwise and was accessible for any questions. As it turns out, we ended up sailing out of Galveston as Hurricane Beryl was bearing down on south Texas and Shannon was in constant contact with us as the situation was extremely fluid. She was at the ready to make any arrangements we may need if the itinerary were to go sideways, but we ended up not skipping a beat and had an experience for the ages… sloths, snorkeling, zip lining, one of our best vacations ever.
