...and it continued when we arrived home!!! She sent us homemade cookies with a beautiful thank you card when we returned from vacation - how thoughtful! During the planning process she asked many questions about my family. With this knowledge she was able to secure a FANTASTIC spot on the resort so our mom didn't have far to walk but we were close to everything! She even suggested things to do in the airport while we waited! The itinerary sent to us had our already completed luggage tags (bright green - so easy to find!), airline tickets and transfer confirmation so well organized we couldn't goof this up if we tried! Right now I'm working on my next vacation - and I'm arranging it through Kasie. I am so happy I know her!
