I've been helping clients, just like you, plan their vacations and honeymoons and I do this very simply, by listening very carefully to my clients. By asking specific questions, I'm able to envision my client's vacation and honeymoon dreams.

My Vacation Lady Saved the Day!

Unfortunately, my wedding and honeymoon to Bali had to be rescheduled due to the Coronavirus. Mindy was able to reschedule the whole trip within a few emails! It was so easy and stress free. My fiance and I would have had no idea how to handle this on our own! After dealing with the stress and disappointment of the whole situation, this is one thing we did not have to worry about.

Our Dream Honeymoon

It was the Honeymoon we dreamed and talked about all thanks to Mindy! I'm a very organized person and a planner at heart but I knew the last thing I wanted to plan was my honeymoon. Mindy was referred to us by family who had both used her to plan their honeymoons. She was a great choice and made the process simple and easy. Right before we left we received our itinerary and overall tips when traveling to Greece (like tipping). It was so helpful and organized! Best Honeymoon Ever

Perfect 2nd Honeymoon

We were very happy to use My Vacation Lady services again. 15 years ago we were happy that we had Mindy plan our perfect honeymoon so we asked for her help again to plan our 2nd honeymoon / anniversary trip. She spent the time to research what would make this trip special for us and she definitely found it for us. We had a phenomenal trip at the Hideaway at the Royalton in Mexico. Everything we asked for was part of the trip and we were treated so well. We really couldn't ask for a better experience and we know it was due to her expert planning. We even had a last minute concern about transfer at the airport and both Mindy and the assistant were amazingly quick to respond and take care of concern. I had not expected it to be so in-depth, but it was clear she knows her stuff and was determined to find the ideal location based on our needs. My Dream Honeymoon

Mindy is amazing at what she does. While we were busy planning a wedding, she had everything under control. From the initial consultation until we got back from the honeymoon, she made sure everything was seamless. This was our first time in Europe and the trip was even better than we could have imagined. We went to Greece and we were able to travel to 3 different islands with Mindy's help. Having all transportation booked for us whenever we arrived to a new island was a game changer. Not a minute of our honeymoon was wasted while waiting for a ride. Every single hotel was amazing. I would go back to each of them. We loved the excursions, especially the private cooking class in Santorini. We would recommend her services to anyone, especially if you want a relaxing honeymoon. We will definitely continue to use her services for our future trips because I can't imagine traveling without Mindy's guidance!

After my sister used Mindy for her honeymoon and had such a positive experience, we decided to reach out to her to help us plan our honeymoon. From our initial meeting, Mindy was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She asked what we were looking for in a honeymoon and incorporated exactly what we had envisioned our honeymoon to be. After creating our itinerary (not only once, but twice due to Covid), my husband and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Our honeymoon to Greece was absolutely magical and we loved every minute of it. From the resorts, to the transfers to/from the airport, ferry, and excursions, to the excursions, everything was so well organized and seamless. We were able to download our itinerary on an app so we had everything we needed in one spot. Amazing Trip to Antigua

Mindy originally helped us plan a wonderful trip to Greece for June 2020; however, Covid caused us to change our plans. Due to the restrictions and our wishes, we decided to change our honeymoon destination and have it a year later. Mindy and her staff helped us change our plans, and gave us a few great options in the Caribbean. We ultimately decided on Antigua with her help. Her suggestion was to stay at Hermitage Bay, which was completely breathtaking. She even helped us upgrade to a beachfront room. It was truly a seamless operation due to Mindy, My Vacation Lady, and her staff.

Mindy was so helpful and attentive throughout the entire honeymoon planning process. I loved how she spent an hour on the phone with us, getting to know our interests and our budget. She eventually helped us to decide on Hawaii (Oahu, Maui, and Kauai), which was so fun, beautiful, and relaxing. A Dream Like No Other

Greek honeymoon of a lifetime

Mindy was such a great resource and the main reason we had such a fun and relaxing honeymoon!! Traveling to Greece was our first trip outside of the country for both my husband and I. Mindy made sure that we had all of the correct documents and even had us download an app to our phones that was easily accessible both with and without wifi that included our day by day itinerary and tickets for all of our excursions! Mindy set up all of our transportation to and from airports/ferry ports which made traveling to and from each island so easy! The convenience of having someone plan a custom trip based on our interests and organizing all of the logistic details was exactly what we needed after spending months planning our wedding. Amazing Family Trip

We had an amazing time on our trip to Greece. Everything ran smoothly from the transfers to and from locations to the hotel accommodations. We absolutely loved the island of Naxos and were grateful for the recommendation from Mindy. Villa Marandi is an incredible property. The staff was warm and gracious, the location was beautiful and the food and beverages were delicious! We only wished we had discovered this hidden gem earlier in our lives. Haha Mykonos was a blast as expected and the Myconian Avaton was modern and accommodating. We loved the pool area. Overall, everything was wonderful. If asked, we would definitely say that our time in Naxos was our favorite. We went into town frequently, discovered some great restaurants and shopping and interacted with many kind locals. Honeymoon of a lifetime

Mindy came highly recommended from two close friends. My wife and I knew we wanted to visit Bora Bora and Mindy helped us plan the honeymoon of a lifetime. She introduced us to the island of Moorea as well and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I’m typically not one to utilize a travel agent as I enjoy planning my own itineraries but I don’t think I’ll ever book a trip without Mindy again.
I must also add that Covid-19 postponed this trip about 5 times. Mindy worked with me and my wife at all hours and weekends to ensure we were still scheduled. Prior to arrival, we were required to provide Tahiti with extensive documentation to allow us into the country. We saw people get turned away at the airport due to lack of documentation. Mindy worked with local contacts and travel boards and provided us with organized lists of everything we needed. This certainly is not the norm and likely is not the typical level of service you’d receive from any travel agency. Mindy is the BEST

Hawaiian 25th Anniversary Trip

It’s been so fantastic working with Mindy! We called her a year ago to begin plans for our 25th anniversary trip to Maui for my husband, myself, my mother, our daughter, son-in-law and two small grandchildren. She was so very helpful with all her recommendations and before we knew it she had everything locked in for us for the trip of a lifetime! Then.....two months before we were to leave the coronavirus struck. Mindy was on top of everything from the get go and we rescheduled to October and then just recently again to May 2021. Dreamy Honeymoon in Costa Rica

Mindy was amazing and incredibly helpful. Her packets of info and tips really helped to make our honeymoon fantastic. We only encountered one issue during our honeymoon; one excursion had to be canceled, and it was done so swiftly and easily. Our resorts were the nicest places either one of us had been to and we're eternally grateful for the bookings, recommendations and hook ups. Mindy was ready to answer any questions while we were on our honeymoon and prior, she responds to emails quickly and kept us informed throughout the planning/ waiting. I'm very glad to have used Mindy; I truly could not have been bothered to plan this honeymoon for a number of reasons, including lack of knowledge of our destination but Mindy did what I couldn't do perfectly. We plan to visit Hawaii again at some point in the future and we'll definitely still use Mindy or the lovely women at My Vacation Lady for our future vacations.

Our Dream Honeymoon

Dream Honeymoon

Mindy was so helpful and patient in helping us plan our dream honeymoon! With all of the details of the wedding we were focusing on, we really appreciated how much time and stress that Mindy took off of our plates in researching the various destinations, accommodations and excursions for our honeymoon. We initially had so many different ideas of where we should go on our honeymoon, but with Mindy's dedicated time spent getting to know what we liked and what our must-have were for a perfect honeymoon, we were finally able to decide on a destination. Mindy even provided sample itineraries of the various destinations we were considering, which really made the decision making process so easy! We sought out Mindy after reading all the amazing reviews about her honeymoon booking services. We used her to book our first honeymoon to Bora Bora. She was amazing to work with and made the whole experience go really smoothly. When our honeymoon did not go as planned and my wife was injured during the trip, that's when we really learned the value of having Mindy at our disposal. She was nothing short of amazing, helping us coordinate travel arrangements back from Bora Bora, checking in on us along the trip back, and making sure we were okay all the way home. After the dust settled, she was very helpful in getting the insurance claim going. The experience could have been a real disaster if we didn't have Mindy advising us along the way. Dream Honeymoon in Costa Rica

As soon as we started thinking about our honeymoon, we knew we wanted to use a travel agent so that the trip could be one less thing we needed to plan! Well, Mindy far exceeded the help I imagined she'd provide. When we spent over two hours consulting on the phone with Mindy, discussing our dream honeymoon, our likes and dislikes, and our budget, I knew Mindy would design an amazing trip for us. After our consultation, Mindy helped us narrow down our location to Costa Rica, which we had never even considered when thinking about our honeymoon. When Mindy sent us detailed Costa Rica itineraries to choose from, they were all so great it was almost impossible to pick! We never imagined we would be able to stay at the luxurious resorts she selected and experience the amazing excursions while still staying within our budget.
Throughout the entire process Mindy was professional, thorough, and extremely responsive. I literally emailed her a million random questions (I wanted our honeymoon to be perfect!) and she always answered me within minutes. Even while on our honeymoon when we had a small issue during check-in, Mindy responded within minutes to help straighten things out.
Our honeymoon in Costa Rica was AMAZING, the best time of our lives (second to the wedding day!) Mindy designed a split stay for us - 7 nights at a brand all-inclusive new resort on the beach in Guanacaste, and then 3 nights at one of the top resorts in the world in Arenal. The only negative aspect to our honeymoon was leaving!

My Vacation Lady came highly recommended from my sister, who has used her services in the past. I was NOT disappointed. We were contacted promptly to go over our vacation preferences, budget, etc. After some research, we were contacted promptly with suggestions that met our desired criteria.
We were able to discuss the suggestions and tailor or trip to make it great on paper.
But that's not it. All arrangements from airfare, to ground transportation, to prime room choice at the resort - it was all covered.

I've been dealing with Mindy for years now and while you may think it's cheaper or easier booking a vacation or honeymoon yourself, trust me, it's not. This time around, my fiance and I used her services for our most important trip, our honeymoon. She consulted with us about what we wanted, what we didn't want, and what our budget was. She put together ideas and proposals and made booking a breeze. With everything else going on trying to plan a wedding, a couple can be very busy. Unforgettable honeymoon

After researching honeymoon destinations for six months i was ready to give up. I was just overwhelmed at the amount of information i had gone through. I finally decided to get some help! Our Honeymoon

Perfect Honeymoon!

My husband found Mindy @myvacationlady by chance. We had started planning our wedding from afar, and with all the time that was taking, we thought we could use a little help with our honeymoon. Mindy sent us a questionnaire to detail a little further what our wants and needs were for our perfect honeymoon. She also went over a slideshow presentation by phone. It took her less than a week to get back to us with multiple good options in the Caribbean. She helped us to narrow down with our 'must haves' list. Once we decided on our destination (Riviera Maya - Viceroy), she was our liaison with the hotel and our transportation on the island. She booked our flights and arranged for private transportation to and from the airport in Mexico, which was clean, prompt, friendly and air conditioned! She booked all of our spa treatments, special dinners, etc. She was able to help us set up golf at an outside resort for my husband, and credit card authorizations (MIL was paying) so that we didn't have to worry about a thing while we were there! She also offered to help arrange any excursions that we were interested in. Mindy was an absolute pleasure to work with, and with as much planning as I did for my own wedding, it was great to know that she had EVERYTHING handled for the honeymoon. Our honeymoon to Greece was the trip of a lifetime! Each hotel was more beautiful than the last and the staff were all extremely helpful. Traveling from island to island was effortless, as Mindy scheduled transportation for us. Our excursions were amazing, we especially loved the sunset cruise in Santorini. After having a conversation with us about our desires for our honeymoon, she gave us an amazing selection of honeymoon choices that we narrowed down. Our Honeymoon

Even though we had already chosen Hawaii for our honeymoon, we decided to use a travel agent and I'm so glad I found Mindy! In our initial consultation we talked about our likes/dislikes, past vacations, and our honeymoon wishlist. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. I reached out to Mindy and our dream honeymoon to Maui & Kauai was booked with a detailed itinerary within 3 days. We met Mindy in 2011 when friends of ours recommended her as an agent to plan our honeymoon. Little did we know that we would be calling Mindy time and again to plan many trips for us! We have come to rely on her expertise, trust her judgement, and wouldn't hesitate to tell any friend of ours to call her. In 2011, Mindy planned an absolutely perfect Hawaiian honeymoon for us. The resorts she recommended were amazing, the tour guides and groups she booked for us were top notch, and she even went as far as to plan our dinner reservations for us- and each one just happened to coincide with sunset. The memories from that trip are completely priceless from the Napali Coast boat tour she suggested to the Road to Hana drive (which Mindy sent us an audio guide for to help us along!). Since then, Mindy has planned us a relaxing trip to Saint Martin, and we have just recently been working with her again to plan our 2015 summer trip to Ireland and Italy. Her knowledge of overseas travel, trains, B&Bs, hotels, and even tours made planning such a large trip seem easy! Many people can plan a trip- but few can plan one like Mindy and make it a fun experience on top of that! My husband and I knew that we wanted to use a travel agent when it came to planning our honeymoon. We were deciding between locations we weren't familiar with and wanted someone with experience and knowledge of the areas, hotels, etc. to help. We did some research on our end, met with a bad travel agent until we were finally introduced to Mindy, who was referred to us by our Rabbi (she had helped plan his daughter's honeymoon and she came highly recommended). From our very first interaction with Mindy, she was so professional, friendly, warm, and gave you the impression she would get things done. Very early on in the planning process she had an extensive conversation with us, to get to know us. She wasn't interested in just finding out where we wanted to go and how much we wanted to spend, she got to know the type of people we are, what we like to do, are we morning or night people; what interests us, did we want adventure or leisure? She listened to every bit of information we provided and planned us the most amazing honeymoon. We decided to go to Greece and that required her to book multiple flights, hotels, ferries, activities, car services, etc. There were ample opportunities for there to be a mix up with flights, schedules, transfers, missed pickups, etc., but NOT once was there an issue. She provided us with an extensive itinerary, detailing all of the information we needed to know regarding hotels, transportation, activities and EVERYTHING went off without a hitch, it was truly impressive. Not having to deal with any travel issues, allowed us to be even more carefree and enjoy ourselves. The hotels we stayed in were incredible, the service was outstanding and the activities booked for us only added to our enjoyment. She was doing her due diligence, updating us when needed and made sure we would be okay. Mindy did such an incredible job with our honeymoon we will absolutely be using her services again and have already recommended her to friends and family.

Planning our honeymoon with My Vacation Lady was a great decision! The idea of going to Thailand and piecing together the flights, hotels and tours was so daunting to think about, as we were planning our wedding at the same time. It was so reassuring to know that Mindy was always on top of every detail and her response time was so quick. The itinerary that Mindy put together worked out perfectly and the flight times fit in very well. She worked within our budget and we were able to experience everything we wanted to do. Traveling to the other side of the world was easier than we had expected with Mindy's help. We felt at ease, knowing that she has had years of experience and we were totally prepared. Mindy expertly considered our needs as she planned an itinerary for a 30th birthday celebration in Cancun, Mexico. without much notice (only about a month and half). Every suggestion she made was excellent, and most importantly she stuck to our budget. Everything was taken care of in advance - airport transfers, tickets for excursions, hotel rooms, etc.. I would definitely work with Mindy again as she made our trip easy and stress free. Bonus: She responded to my emails immediately and was an absolute delight to work with!

We used Mindy's services on multiple occasions to help plan our Hawaiian honeymoon and 2 Hawaii vacations thereafter. She has a great understanding of all the resorts and amenities offered and most of the hotel's concierge/representatives know her by name which really helps and makes you feel comfortable while traveling thousands of miles away from home.
Mindy does a great job listening to what is most important to you and makes great recommendations based on your vacation expectations. Every single excursion she recommended was fantastic and exactly how she describes it in her own written review. She also provided us with restaurant recommendations with personalized reviews.
Our 3 vacation experiences were so perfect because of Mindy's knowledge and expertise as a travel agent. We plan on using her services whenever and wherever our travels take us - hopefully back to the Big Island and Maui in 2016!

Mindy was fantastic booking and organizing our family's 5 night cruise to Bermuda. All we had to do was tell her when we wanted to go and she did the rest. She made sure we got all three of our staterooms in a prime area and right next to each other. Mindy communicated just the right amount with us about each step of the process--from getting our documents in order, to making the payment, to sending us information about signing up for excursions, packages and reservations, to checking in online to ease the process at the dock. Mindy made our honeymoon planning stress-free, easy and fun, and the Hawaii honeymoon trip she planned for us was fantastic! All of the activities we did were great. Having Mindy book everything for us and book early was great. We had front row seats at the luau we went to, front row seats for the helicopter tour, etc... It was also really awesome that when we had an issue with our zip-lining reservation, we didn't have to stress, Mindy just took care of it for us and also made sure the rest of our excursions were all set. We will definitely recommend Mindy to friends and family and will use her again for our future trips!

When we first started working with her she found us airline tickets to Greece at a ridiculously low price. We wouldn't have kept our trip within budget without her help! Mindy makes traveling so EASY! My husband and I got married in 2012 and from the 1st time we sat down with Mindy we knew we were in great hands! Rather than just booking where we wanted to go, Mindy took the time to ask my husband I what our dreams, goals and ideas were for what we wanted in a honeymoon. From there, she came up with locations for us to enjoy that covered everything that we wanted. From that moment, the moments in between, while on the honeymoon and even after, Mindy always checked in to make sure we were prepared. Mindy knows her stuff! What I truly loved was the initial conversation where she heard what my husband and I both wanted from a honeymoon. She provided great itineraries and when we were FINALLY ready to pull the trigger, she gave us amazing options which were easy for us to sign off on and book. She does all of the heavy lifting in regards to scheduling flights, excursions and the resorts which was much appreciated as taking a major international vacation can be overwhelming. And she was on-call for us during the Bora Bora AC breakdown experience and got right on it. She definitely planned an unforgettable honeymoon for us!

Has planned our honeymoon and two other trips!

We first used Mindy for our honeymoon trip to Hawaii. We found Mindy to be the most responsive of our "wedding vendors". Our honeymoon was truly perfect and Mindy planned every bit of it from the islands we visited to the hotels we stayed at and the excursions that we went on. Every excursion was fun, on time and professionally run. The 24-hour phone concierge service also allowed us to make some last minute upgrades without a hassle. With all the stress of planning wedding details, it was great to leave the honeymoon to her. Our honeymoon is the most memorable part of the wedding festivities and it was no doubt due to Mindy's expertise and planning for us.
Following our honeymoon, we used Mindy to book two anniversary trips - Costa Rica for our first anniversary and London and Ireland for our second. Again, these trips went without a hitch and were memorable and great vacations. We again used Mindy to book excursions and activities and again the vendors supplying these activities were top notch. The hotels were always perfect choices and we were always pleased with the cleanliness, location and service at each place that we have stayed at that was booked through Mindy. We always remark how one of our most favorite hotels that we have stayed at was in Costa Rica and how had we been booking it ourselves we would have overlooked this family-run gem. Mindy suggested it and we continue to look back fondly on the location, the rooms, the views of the Arenal volcano, the hot springs and the extremely welcoming and warm staff at this particular hotel.
Mindy takes the hassle out of vacation planning and eliminates the need to spend countless nights reading online reviews of hotels and activities. When planning a big trip, we would certainly use Mindy again and we have recommended her to several friends who have gone on to book their honeymoons (and then subsequent trips) with her and also share my strong feelings that Mindy is GREAT to work with.
