Mindy is amazing at what she does. While we were busy planning a wedding, she had everything under control. We went to Greece and we were able to travel to 3 different islands with Mindy's help. Having all transportation booked for us whenever we arrived to a new island was a game changer. Not a minute of our honeymoon was wasted while waiting for a ride. Every single hotel was amazing. I would go back to each of them. After my sister used Mindy for her honeymoon and had such a positive experience, we decided to reach out to her to help us plan our honeymoon. From our initial meeting, Mindy was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She asked what we were looking for in a honeymoon and incorporated exactly what we had envisioned our honeymoon to be. After creating our itinerary (not only once, but twice due to Covid), my husband and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Our honeymoon to Greece was absolutely magical and we loved every minute of it. From the resorts, to the transfers to/from the airport, ferry, and excursions, to the excursions, everything was so well organized and seamless. We were able to download our itinerary on an app so we had everything we needed in one spot. Our experience with Mindy was great and we highly recommend her to assist you with planning your next trip!

Mindy originally helped us plan a wonderful trip to Greece for June 2020; however, Covid caused us to change our plans. Due to the restrictions and our wishes, we decided to change our honeymoon destination and have it a year later. Mindy and her staff helped us change our plans, and gave us a few great options in the Caribbean. We ultimately decided on Antigua with her help. Her suggestion was to stay at Hermitage Bay, which was completely breathtaking. She even helped us upgrade to a beachfront room. It was truly a seamless operation due to Mindy, My Vacation Lady, and her staff.

We had an amazing time on our trip to Greece. Everything ran smoothly from the transfers to and from locations to the hotel accommodations. We absolutely loved the island of Naxos and were grateful for the recommendation from Mindy. Villa Marandi is an incredible property. The staff was warm and gracious, the location was beautiful and the food and beverages were delicious! We only wished we had discovered this hidden gem earlier in our lives. Haha Mykonos was a blast as expected and the Myconian Avaton was modern and accommodating. We loved the pool area. Overall, everything was wonderful. If asked, we would definitely say that our time in Naxos was our favorite. We went into town frequently, discovered some great restaurants and shopping and interacted with many kind locals. My vacation lady was great, gave us a good honeymoon, and made the planning process super easy to deal with and manage. She planned tons of things for us that we otherwise would not have realized we needed. While we did have a brief period of slow email responses, a majority of our experience included rapid and diligent responses; and Mindy made the entirety of the honeymoon planning process easy and fun. When we planned our latest trip with our son and daughter-in-law, we looked for something different than the large tour group experience. Mindy worked with local contacts and travel boards and provided us with organized lists of everything we needed. It’s been so fantastic working with Mindy! We called her a year ago to begin plans for our 25th anniversary trip to Maui for my husband, myself, my mother, our daughter, son-in-law and two small grandchildren. She was so very helpful with all her recommendations and before we knew it she had everything locked in for us for the trip of a lifetime! Mindy was amazing and incredibly helpful. Her packets of info and tips really helped to make our honeymoon fantastic. We only encountered one issue during our honeymoon; one excursion had to be canceled, and it was done so swiftly and easily. Our resorts were the nicest places either one of us had been to and we're eternally grateful for the bookings, recommendations and hook ups. Mindy was ready to answer any questions while we were on our honeymoon and prior, she responds to emails quickly and kept us informed throughout the planning/ waiting. While planning our wedding, we had very little time to think about our honeymoon vacation. Fortunately Mindy made that a breeze and arranged our dream honeymoon for us! The whole process was incredibly easy and the results were amazing. There were times where we found ourselves sitting in the front row for a dinner show or checking into a room with an incredible view asking if we were just incredibly lucky or if Mindy had truly thought of everything! We sought out Mindy after reading all the amazing reviews about her honeymoon booking services. We used her to book our first honeymoon to Bora Bora. She was amazing to work with and made the whole experience go really smoothly. When our honeymoon did not go as planned and my wife was injured during the trip, that's when we really learned the value of having Mindy at our disposal. She was nothing short of amazing, helping us coordinate travel arrangements back from Bora Bora, checking in on us along the trip back, and making sure we were okay all the way home. After the dust settled, she was very helpful in getting the insurance claim going. The experience could have been a real disaster if we didn't have Mindy advising us along the way. We've since used her to book our make-up honeymoon to Turks & Caicos, which was incredible. We'll continue to use Mindy for our vacation planning in the future, and would recommend her to anyone.

Hawaii was amazing! Everything was streamlined and easy to get to with the help of Mindy. We went zip lining, horseback riding and enjoyed a luau. After researching honeymoon destinations for six months i was ready to give up. I was just overwhelmed at the amount of information i had gone through. I finally decided to get some help! I found My Vacation Lady through a search on google and all of the reviews were outstanding so i gave them a try and I'm glad i did. My husband found Mindy @myvacationlady by chance. We had started planning our wedding from afar, and with all the time that was taking, we thought we could use a little help with our honeymoon. Mindy sent us a questionnaire to detail a little further what our wants and needs were for our perfect honeymoon. She also went over a slideshow presentation by phone. It took her less than a week to get back to us with multiple good options in the Caribbean. She helped us to narrow down with our 'must haves' list. Once we decided on our destination (Riviera Maya - Viceroy), she was our liaison with the hotel and our transportation on the island. Our honeymoon to Greece was the trip of a lifetime! Each hotel was more beautiful than the last and the staff were all extremely helpful. The week before our trip, Mindy informed us the dinner cruise we booked was cancelled but she had already taken care of re-booking us for another cruise. Looking back on our honeymoon, we had the trip of a lifetime!!! Thanks to Mindy, we had the best rooms in the resorts, prime seating at the luau, and the most exceptional service. There were many advantages to using MVL, Mindy, to plan our itinerary for our eight party group. We came from 4 different states to join in on the cruise and land tours in Alaska. We met Mindy in 2011 when friends of ours recommended her as an agent to plan our honeymoon. Little did we know that we would be calling Mindy time and again to plan many trips for us! My husband and I knew that we wanted to use a travel agent when it came to planning our honeymoon. We were deciding between locations we weren't familiar with and wanted someone with experience and knowledge of the areas, hotels, etc. to help. We did some research on our end, met with a bad travel agent until we were finally introduced to Mindy, who was referred to us by our Rabbi (she had helped plan his daughter's honeymoon and she came highly recommended). From our very first interaction with Mindy, she was so professional, friendly, warm, and gave you the impression she would get things done. Very early on in the planning process she had an extensive conversation with us, to get to know us. She wasn't interested in just finding out where we wanted to go and how much we wanted to spend, she got to know the type of people we are, what we like to do, are we morning or night people; what interests us, did we want adventure or leisure? She listened to every bit of information we provided and planned us the most amazing honeymoon. We decided to go to Greece and that required her to book multiple flights, hotels, ferries, activities, car services, etc. There were ample opportunities for there to be a mix up with flights, schedules, transfers, missed pickups, etc., but NOT once was there an issue. She provided us with an extensive itinerary, detailing all of the information we needed to know regarding hotels, transportation, activities and EVERYTHING went off without a hitch, it was truly impressive. Not having to deal with any travel issues, allowed us to be even more carefree and enjoy ourselves. The hotels we stayed in were incredible, the service was outstanding and the activities booked for us only added to our enjoyment. She was doing her due diligence, updating us when needed and made sure we would be okay. Mindy did such an incredible job with our honeymoon we will absolutely be using her services again and have already recommended her to friends and family.

Mindy expertly considered our needs as she planned an itinerary for a 30th birthday celebration in Cancun, Mexico. without much notice (only about a month and half). Every suggestion she made was excellent, and most importantly she stuck to our budget. Everything was taken care of in advance - airport transfers, tickets for excursions, hotel rooms, etc.. Mindy was fantastic booking and organizing our family's 5 night cruise to Bermuda. All we had to do was tell her when we wanted to go and she did the rest. She made sure we got all three of our staterooms in a prime area and right next to each other. Mindy made our honeymoon planning stress-free, easy and fun, and the Hawaii honeymoon trip she planned for us was fantastic! All of the activities we did were great. We first used Mindy for our honeymoon trip to Hawaii. We found Mindy to be the most responsive of our "wedding vendors". Our honeymoon was truly perfect and Mindy planned every bit of it from the islands we visited to the hotels we stayed at and the excursions that we went on. Every excursion was fun, on time and professionally run. The 24-hour phone concierge service also allowed us to make some last minute upgrades without a hassle. With all the stress of planning wedding details, it was great to leave the honeymoon to her. Our honeymoon is the most memorable part of the wedding festivities and it was no doubt due to Mindy's expertise and planning for us. Following our honeymoon, we used Mindy to book two anniversary trips - Costa Rica for our first anniversary and London and Ireland for our second. Again, these trips went without a hitch and were memorable and great vacations. We again used Mindy to book excursions and activities and again the vendors supplying these activities were top notch. The hotels were always perfect choices and we were always pleased with the cleanliness, location and service at each place that we have stayed at that was booked through Mindy. We always remark how one of our most favorite hotels that we have stayed at was in Costa Rica and how had we been booking it ourselves we would have overlooked this family-run gem.
