There was always something to do everyday. Something for every age group, plus the staff was so friendly.
If it wasn’t for my vacation planner l would not have gone. She took away the stress and fear of going thru the procedure for registering to get on the ship. She was a champ. Next time l want her again.
My MMM was right there from the beginning to the end. She checked on constantly making me feel relax and secure before l board the ship. I was also told by my MMM that l could call her anytime of the day as many times as needed. Now that dedication and l love that. If anyone deserve a reward Kia Turner does.

My planning experience with Kia was amazing. She was extremely helpful and she worked diligently to ensure that my family had a great experience. Kia is phenomenal and I look forward to working with her again in the very near future!

Kia was great--very knowledgeable and helpful, but even better, extremely responsive to my questions and requests.This was our first Disney trip for the adults and kids in the family. Kia educated me as much as she could. Now that I have experience under my belt, I'm sure the planning would be even easier.Kia held our hand through our family's first Disney trip, calmed our nerves about the planning, and helped make sure everything ran smoothly while we were there. In fact, she was immediately responsive to our questions and requests the whole time we were on the trip. I'd definitely recommend using her to help with future Disney trips!

Excellent! Planning experience went well. Beautiful property but Under construction. Kia was always available to answer any questions. Kia was very thorough and stayed in constant contact.
