Karismatic Adventures: Culinary Travel Specialist

Karis went above and beyond, and not just on booking my travel bundle. I have used other TA’s in the past and their involvement usually ended once the vacation was booked, but not Karis. She was on top of everything when we missed our connecting flight making sure the airline got us vouchers and hotel accommodations. When the airline lost our luggage she stayed up until nearly midnight tracking them down to ensure they would at least be at our destination when we arrived. Once we made it to our resort I messaged her about some issues I had with our room and she promptly alerted the resort, I had someone knocking on my door 2 hours later to rectify all the issues. Once we made it home she helped me file the claim for our travel delay, lost luggage, and travel interruption. I will definitely be using Karis as my TA for all future travel adventures!!

Appreciation post for our amazing incredible travel advisor Karis Joyce Shaffer at Karismatic Adventures #mykarismaticadventures. This was the first time Dillon and I have ever traveled out of the country and our first time flying together, being responsible for our selves. Karis was there for us every step of the way! She was able to answer every question asap and never made me feel silly or like a huge bother! When we had big bumps in the road she was on top of it! She also gifted us these beautiful tumblers to use on our trip! Because not only does she do vacations but she also makes beautiful things at Karismatic Creations Who does that!?!?! Please please please go like, follow, and message her for any of your vacation planning, beautiful things needing, etc!! So wonderfully blessed to have her guidance on our first trip out of the United States!!!! And when I say 1st- we were super newbies lol embarrassingly so!! Karis thank you so much for everything you do!!!!!!

Karis was great to work with. My wife and I have never traveled to the Caribbean and had no idea what options we had, other than a long list on Google. The process couldn't have been any easier for us and Karis was always available to answer our (too numerous) questions. Travel plans have never been so easy thanks to her. We will definitely use her services again. Thanks for everything....Bob and Mary.

Karis is great and very accommodating. If she didn’t have answer she would go above and beyond to find it and make sure I was safe on my travels. My international first trip so far has been good because of the help I received and she is still periodically checking to see how things are going.

Karis is always sweet, attentive and listens to what I want out of a trip! My experience was beautiful and I feel confident that she can put together any idea for a trip that I have.
There are always several options provided and never any pressure.
Karis does a magnificent job!
