He is very helpful and friendly. He is also very knowledgeable about areas of travel since he has visited many places. He has discussed his many experiences while travelling. He responds immediately with any questions you may have about a trip. When traveling to Disney in Florida, there was an incident with our room reservation. I contacted Tom from Florida and he was able to handle the situation immediately. When planning a trip to Disney this year, he gave several great suggestions as to where to eat, the best time to ride some of the rides, and flight information. It has been nice to be able to stop by and discuss travel arrangements with him.

Punta Cana was beautiful! Thank you for helping us plan a fantastic honeymoon. Flights were fine. The layovers provided plenty of time so that any delay would not cause problems. We didn't have any issues connecting flights etc. i am not a big fan of southwests boarding policies- but paying the extra so that we were auto checked in and could board near the front worked out fine and well worth it. At 6'4"- Will Needs leg room. We were able to get aisle rows on most of the flights. Thank u for the advance warning about the people at airport trying to lure.... We found ourselves pulled in but we quickly corrected it thanks to your in site!! The transport from airport to resort and back was good. Easy to find. They drive like lunatics down there! Our rep was over an hr late meeting us at the resort to arrange return transfer the day after we got there.... We ended up booking excursions through another company in the meantime. Ill touch on that later. But the resort was helpful in calling island sun to find out where the rep was! He was running late from another resort. Not a huge deal other than we had to wait for him in order to arrange our transfer for the return. The resort was beautiful!! Our romance suite was breathtaking. We loved the outdoor shower and hammock! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit overwhelming at check in as they gave u a Ton of info right away and trying to understand was difficult. But we quickly adapted and learned. It was clean, well maintained and very enjoyable. We had no trouble finding open seats by pool or at the beach most days/ times. We had zero security issues. We felt safe on resort and nothing disappeared from safe or room. They put many special touches in the romance rooms. Flower petals, towel swans etc. the food at the resort was a big disappointment. Buffets were not what i would have expected. We were able to find something to eat but it was not what i would rave about at all... And i dont have a pic

Tom always helps us get the best prices and was very helpful. He has been helping us plan our spring break trips for the past few years. We always have a great time! He has been able to answer all our questions and if he doesn't know the answer, he finds out and gets right back to us. We never have to worry about our travel plans.

We have used, Tom at Hartville Travely numerous times. We have had just two people and also groups of 8. We have used Tom for cruises and also all inclusives. Tom goes out of his way on helping us, answered questions to any of persons in group. There are times we visit Tom (hartville travel) we are not sure on where we wanted to travel. Tom has made suggestions on resorts and also on places. We are very satisfied with Hartville Travel, our vacation times have been very exciting, relaxing and lived up to all our expectations and then some. We will continue to call Hartville for any vacation time both US and resorts and cruises. We will plan on booking an Alaskan adventure soon, and cant wait for his input on length of stay and transport. Our trip is usually planned at least months in advance to get the best price. tom did a great job for us! We had kids coming from all over the country to get to Cancun,from Chicago, La., Virginia and Ohio. He did great coordinating all flights to get there aprox same time.
