This was my first cruise and thanks to Lori it was one of the best vacations I have ever had!!! We hit a snag and I called Lori she told us what to do to fix the problem and made the trip even better than we thought it was going to be. I highly recommend Lori!! She knows her stuff and will take excellent care of you!!!!!!

Wanted to take my eldest son on a senior road trip in 2020 that was cancelled due to the world shutdown. This year our eldest was a senior in college, our 2nd eldest son was a senior in high school, and this year, I finally admitted to being a senior. The boys were sold on the idea of a cruise to Alaska with a road trip from home to Vancouver BC for exploring. I bugged Lori with a ridiculous amount of questions via email and text up until a few days before our departure. At each interval she was gracious, helpful, and idea inspiring. She was very helpful in a successful senior boys trip. We were able to take a couple of "excursions" she recommended saving us about 30% in cost from other sources. We traveled via Holland America and I highly recommend them for AK destinations. Highly recommend your agent be Lori for your travels - even if you think it's a simple thing.

Lori was very helpful finding what type of cruise we were looking for and researching options and making reservations for us. We were on the Celebrity Edge and it was gorgeous and the stops in Alaska were beautiful. I would definitely use her again.

We booked a cruise with Lori. We don't usually use a travel agent but there were so many Alaskan cruises to choose from, we were encouraged by friends to call her. She has traveled there many times and helped us narrow it down. She was so quick to answer questions when we had them! She kept us informed about the upcoming cruise and even sent a little "present" to our stateroom. Great customer service!

We have a beautiful trip to Belize for our first time. A small all inclusive resort with a wonderful, friendly staff. The owner is on property and looks over every reservation. Very personable. Lori was great to work with and she will help you out no matter how many times you change the trip!

We traveled as a family to Iceland for a grad trip. We had a few ideas of what we wanted to see and Lori built our whole trip out from pick up at the airport to drop off. We needed to change one hotel accommodation while we were in country and Lori heard us and worked quickly to find us new acommodations.

We had Lori find our travel accommodations to Phoenix, Tucson, AZ. I have always searched for arrangements on my own, but I wanted to have Lori look for us. After asking details and wants, she set out and gave us a proposal very quickly. We went with her recommendations and we had a beautiful time.

Lori was so great to work with. She answered all of our questions throughout the process, and was so patient with our group while we were finalizing details on our end and getting our ducks in a row to be able to book our trip. This was my first time using a travel planner, and it was SO nice to not have to search and plan and book everything!

Lori did a wonderful job finding out what we wanted and making it happen! I was getting very overwhelmed looking at all the options and she was able to figure it out quickly and send me some good specific places. Then I was able to connect with my husband and present just a few options within our budget and make a quick decision. She is a no pressure person who is very service oriented! Lori helped my family and my in laws, who are elderly, plan and go on a wonderful vacation in Hawaii. The planning seemed difficult because we had a budget and our parents had specific desires, hopes and dreams for housing, fun and the actual travel! And Lori made them come true and even planned some surprises to add icing to the cake while we were all in Hawaii making sure the parents had the vacation of their lifetime! We made many memories in the excursions Lori offered and helped us plan! We are thankful to have these family memories to treasure for the rest of our lives.
