I started in the family business in 1992. My father Michael, the then CEO, started me from the ground up learning every aspect of cruising and the business. I did not receive special treatment and had to learn and dedicate myself like every other employee.
I specialize in Alaskan, Caribbean and European cruises. Making client cruise bookings is only part of the process. We have been there and can help assist in choosing the best itinerary for you. I am dedicated to helping first time and family cruisers as well as seasoned cruisers navigate the complex process of finding just the right itinerary, staterooms and making it a cruise vacation to remember.
In my job as a travel advisor, I get to help people make memories & send them to beautiful places. Whether it is a honeymoon cruise, a family reunion at sea, sending rookies on their first cruise, or something in between; I have the privilege of helping make your vacation dreams come true! I don't just sell cruise vacations, I sell memories that last a lifetime!

We reserved several rooms months in advance and added passengers along the way. He helped get the extra passengers rooms late in the booking. The later rooms were not the most desireable due to availability but everyone was able to go on the cruise together, which was great. Very helpful with any questions we had along the way.

The cruise started with a hiccup and we did not get to visit Cozumel but that turned out to be a blessing. I felt so pampered and relaxed!! The premier package was what made the trip so amazing. I loved being able to order food and drinks from anywhere. Room service was one of my favorites. The cherry on top was the crew! They were so entertaining and interacted with passengers...the entertainment crew, the room attendants, the communication from the captain, and everyone else! ALL TOP NOTCH!!

The best part of this trip was the time spent with our children. Our suite was very nice. As I am disabled the ADA room was well designed. Our suite concierge Milli was super helpful and, the concierge lounge was wonderful. The food at the Crown Grille was terrific. We found the not all dining rooms were equal but, once we settled on the Concerto dining room, we were set. The food and service there were outstanding. The trip destinations were ok but, more time at each stop would have been better. Overall it was a wonderful cruise with friendly adults.

I contacted Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc (Patrick Czarnecki) to help set up a cruise with my wife and mother-in-law to Alaska. I had numerous questions for Patrick throughout the process. He was always knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely prompt in his responses. We had several unusual circumstances - need for a third bed, traveler who was diabetic - and Patrick communicated directly with the cruise line to ensure that everything was taken care of. I've been working with Patrick now for a few years. Before that, his father, Michael. Patrick makes the whole planning process quite seamless. I tell him what I'm thinking, in terms of where I want to go and he takes it from there. Provides valued info, quotes and scenarios. He's great at communicating with me, even going as far as getting in touch with me when he's out of the office. He's also very adept at email communication, as well. If I ask a question, and he doesn't have a ready answer (which is very rare), he will find out and get back to me in a timely fashion. He's professional, responsive and a generally nice guy.

Great Cruise and the tradition continues

We cruised again in an ocean view balcony stateroom on Viking River Cruises. The cruise was great and Viking River Cruises always meets my expectations. We sailed from Prague to Amsterdam and it was the best. It is a small river vessel with an intimate atmosphere. I also like the attention to detail that I get when booking my cruises. I have been doing business with Bon Voyage Cruises for about 20 years now.
In the past I worked with Michael and although I could book myself, I always felt like I got the best deals here and there are few places with customer service like this anymore. I always felt like I was considered a friend and a VIP. Michael has since retired and I started to work with Patrick.
I must say that the great service is exactly the same as I had before. I still feel like a VIP. I have been very pleased with the service and I will continue with Patrick and Bon Voyage Cruises. I look forward to another 20 years.

My husband and I decided we wanted to have a special cruise; more upscale and exotic than we had ever experienced before. I gave Patrick our budget and the months that would work, and we decided on a French Polynesia cruise on Oceania's Marina. Any questions or problems that needed sorting prior to the cruise were quickly attended to by Patrick. If I left an email or message he got right back to me. The cruise was wonderful, everything we had hoped for and then some. Patrick kept within our budget and the only reason we went over was because I decided some upgrades were worth paying for, Patrick never pushed them on me. Oh to be back on that cruise again right now!! Our whole family uses Patrick's cruise services and we were a customer of his father Michael prior to his retirement. We have been clients of Bon Voyage for 16 +years now.

Sure you can book most direct with the cruiseline with ease, however, when an issue arises it's nice to have someone in your corner.
