From budget to vibes it was the perfect situation! The resort we stayed at was beautiful! Prior to going he sent excursion suggestions, made sure we checked into our flight and that our customs & immigration paperwork was all completed as well. He could not have made it easier to travel! The resort we stayed at was AMAZING! We had such a lovely time and we could not have asked for a more perfect honeymoon. We had some travel hiccups on the way home but they were out of everyone’s control and our trip was extended 6 nights. Matthew was our saving grace!!! He helped us look for new accommodations just incase we couldn’t stay at the resort anymore, thankfully we could. He helped us rebook our return flights and get us home as quickly as possible and because of him we were able to enjoy this extension and not stress about how we were getting home. With this unpredictable event he honestly saved our honeymoon with his promptness and care. I look forward to working with Matthew for our next trip! I have already recommended him to friends prior to going on our trip but now I have been telling friends and family that they NEED to work with him because he was just that great to us! A year ago, I planned a trip with my granddaughter to see the last Eras Tour show in Vancouver. Well, through my own booking errors we were not going to make it. As I was on a tearful phone call with my daughter while she was at work, one of her colleagues suggested I call Matthew to see if he could help. And help he did!!! In two hours we were on a plane, had a hotel booked, a rental car, and a once in a lifetime trip was saved! I can't thank Matthew enough for all he did on absurdly short notice and averting a disaster of my own making! From now on all my travel plans will be booked through Matthew.
