We approached Heather about an Anniversary trip to Hawaii, and went in quite blindly if I'm being honest! We had no idea what a trip to Hawaii would cost us, and had been overwhelmed by the thought of trying to plan something like this on our own. We have always wanted to go, but really didn't know where to start. Our inquiry led us to so much more helpful information than we could have imagined! While we didn't know exactly what kind of experience we wanted, such as island/resort hopping, or a cruise, Heather was able to give us a few different options. She went above and beyond figuring in important details we would have never thought to include on our own. Prices for each option she offered, and everything from airport shuttles to rental cars were included, and it really helped us to make an informed decision. Based on very thorough itinerary options, and quoated prices which were 100% accurate, the only hard decisions we had to make was what to pack when it was actually time to go on our trip! Heather handled so much for us, which really made our entire experience pleasant, and stress free. She even reached out via email while we were on our trip to let us know of an option to bid for upgraded airline tickets home, which we didn't even know was a thing! We chose to opt for that, and to our surprise we got them! Our flight home was overnight, and amazingly comfortable! It was the perfect ending to an awesome trip! I've already shared Heather's contact information with a friend, as I believe she's the only way to go! We are so grateful for Heather's knowledge, and we will definitely seek her again, when we decide to travel!

Huge thanks to Heather for making our family vacation so magical! We had an amazing time cruising with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids—seeing the joy on their faces, especially meeting Disney characters, was priceless. Castaway Cay was absolutely stunning, the food was fantastic, and both the Disney hotel and ship accommodations were top-notch. We came home with hearts full of memories and cameras full of photos!

I emailed Heather with a last minute request to help us book a cruise. She was quick and efficient. We wanted to leave in about six weeks. She gave us choices - we decided quickly and she booked us without delay. Also hotel in Miami. She helped with airplane tickets but we booked ourselves without delay Delta. Last minute and spring break caused high airplane tickets and hotel rooms but that was our fault. Heather answered all our questions or found out answers. We are older and many things like luggage storage and Uber were new to us. Her suggestions helped us find the info we needed. Next time I think we’d try to fly in same day as it caused a lot of extra for us. It is complicated though as ships don’t want you there until check in time so waiting with luggage is tough. We got caught in a monsoon rain and everything including all of us were drenched.
