Turning 40 is a milestone, and thanks to Andrea at Platinum Journeys Travel, my birthday getaway to Cancun was absolutely PERFECT! Japan was beautiful and the travel agency, especially Andrea and her team were excellent in facilitating it. They were kind, understanding(especially cause we were 4 fresh out of college boys), and most importantly extremely accommodating as they really did want the best for us. Where do I begin…when our friends decided to do a river cruise with Gate 1, the first person we thought of was Andrea Francoso. We knew she would take care of all eight of us and all our travel needs. From booking our cruise, airline tickets, transportation, excursions, tickets to tours, etc….she is the best. This is our second time working with her and next year we already booked another trip. Our trip was so organized. Two of the couples live out of state but that didn’t matter. Just before the departure, we receive our trip package that included our itinerary, airline information, vouchers for tours, luggage tags, etc. She kept us on track throughout the entire process. On every trip she knew exactly how we should get from point A to B…and she maked it so easy for us even when we were on the other side of the world.
