The utmost flawless customer service experience. Rebecca was knowledgeable in all aspects of travel arrangements. She was prompt on responding, via email, text and phone. She made sure our trip was seamless and provided hard copies of all travel documents/information. She is a 5 star Travel Agent!!

Rebecca is truly the best. I told her I wanted to go to Napa and after a brief conversation she put together the trip of a lifetime for me. I am so busy with work I didn't have time to research options but after telling her a few things I would be interested in she put together a trip I would have put together for myself.
