About Me

Hi, my name is Sandi Waller and I'm travel agent based in Georgetown, Ontario.  I'm a wife and mother to three wonderful children, one cat and a dog.  We are a busy family of 5 so I know how important it is to make the most of your family vacation.  I enjoy helping my clients plan the most memorable vacations, the kind you will talk about for years to come.  I love making sure everything is tailored specially to what you want. 

My clients include families, groups and solo travellers. My main area of interest is Florida, specifically Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Disney Cruise Line. Having visited both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios numerous times and with children at various stages, I have a good understanding of how to plan a memorable trip for your family.  My own family has recently fallen in love with cruising especially with the Disney Cruise Line.  Think it's only for kids or families, think again! There truly is something for everyone!

Things are always changing in the travel industry, and I am always taking courses and making sure I am up to date on all the current information. Sandi Waller is knowledgable, helpful and always goes above and beyond to help plan details for our trips. For our trips to Disney World, she helped explain and give detailed overview of Disney, how it works, things to see, places to eat etc. She took the time to ask questions to find out about members of the family, their likes and immediately started compiling lists of attractions and events for us. She also made sure that we never miss any promotional deals and always contacts me immediately to let me know about updates, changes etc.
While we were there, we loved all of the recommended places to eat, and attractions to see that she had suggested.
We loved it so much that we are going again this year but would not be able to do either trip without Sandi.
She really helped elevate stress of such an overwhelming place like Disney. I trust and value her experience and judgement. I would be lost and don't think I could travel without her. She is outstanding!
