Betty planned our group's River Cruise on the Rhine River. She thought of everything so that we did not have to. From beginning to end, every part was perfect. Betty set up a cruise of Japan with a different port every day for several clients, herself and her husband. We had one day in Busan, South Korea. She also set up a 3 day pre-cruise tour in Tokyo as well as a half day post-cruise tour in Yokohama. The pre and post tours were busy and we experienced various cultural, national, and tourist sites. The cruise made for additional experiences in each port. This was a well planned trip orchestrated by Betty. When we travel with her or plan a trip through her, we know we are receiving exceptional service. The initial planning phase, making deposits, handling any necessary forms, and the overall pre-trip experience are explained very well by Betty. Betty had requested a specific room for us at the Four Seasons Resort in Kona. I have some mobility issues, and she takes care of all the little details for me. It puts my mind to ease knowing she always looks out for me.

She has always showed a great interest in our travel plans and has help us with wonderful individual and group travel experiences.
