Carole is the best at researching air to accommodate our travel needs. I asked her to find air for a trip to Munich earlier this year, and Alaska coming up, and she provided options that met our time requirements. But beyond that, her research included options in carrier, convenience, price, class, etc, all within our parameters
so that we could make just the right choice. These are tasks that would take this amateur days, yet it seemed Carole turned around our requests in moments. Carole and the entire team at AMT Travel are a joy to work with!

Little piece of Heaven

This was an amazing trip! It blew my expectations away of what Iceland had to offer. The activities were once in a lifetime and extremely approachable for anyone up for adventure. The roadtrip aspect allowed us to see just about everything Iceland had to offer as far as landscapes. The beauties of the country were unlike anything I have ever seen. The accommodations were excellent and I felt totally comfortable and taken care of everywhere I went. The trip was perfectly tailored to what we wanted, balancing staying busy each day with freedom to not have to rush. A great balance of adventure and relaxation. Would highly recommend to others.

Carole helped with all aspects of our trip. She booked airline reservations, gave great options for hotels in Venice and Rome, booked transportation to and from airports, hotels cruise ship. She offered great advice and listened to me when I wanted things done (probably way earlier than needed) but that was what made me comfortable and she rolled with the punches. She was very prompt at returning emails and phone calls and always pleasant and kind. We will definitely plan our next adventures with Carole.

She was able to advise us on the all of the places we wanted to travel, and she knew the hotels, districts, restaurants and experiences that would be best suited to our interests and preferences. When we had the unfortunate experience of having to cancel one of our trips due to pandemic restrictions, she worked hard with all of the vendors to make sure we received refunds on our deposits that we wouldn’t have been achieve on our own. Saving the day in every way!

Carole and AMT are my secret weapon when it comes to travel. I travel 2 weeks per month for work (not to mention for fun). Every once in a while, the worst happens, and it reminds me why I use a travel agent. I flew from Manchester to JFK, with the plan to connect through to Washington DC. When I landed and turned on my phone, I was advised that my flight was cancelled and rebooked, then cancelled and rebooked. While getting my bags at customs, it was cancelled again, as were all flights due to weather. I absolutely had to be in DC because of a key business meeting, and I called Carole to help. She was able to get me on a train out of Penn station, and on my way. When I arrived Penn station, I saw a long list of delayed and cancelled trains, again due to weather. Carole again for the win, a quick phone call to review all my options, and we decided on the best course of action. Four hours later, I was in my hotel and resting for my meetings.
