Awesome Cruise With My Girlfriends

My trip with my girlfriends was amazing thanks to the attention and customer service we received from our travel agent, Cleopatra Islar. She booked us great accommodations and gave wonderful recommendations on activities on the ship and dining options. She was always available to answer our questions at any time. Cleo even arranged to have a welcome aboard fruit arrangement delivered to our cabinet. That was an extra special touch! We had fun on our tours, and enjoyed dining, exercising and playing trivia games on board. Needless to say, we had an awesome time.

Amazing trip to Dubai

I had the most remarkable trip to Dubai with C & G Global Connections Travel and Travel partners. Dubai surpassed my expectation with beautiful scenery, exceptional customer service, delicious food as well as the caring staff in the hotel we were staying. Learning about the history of United Araba Emirates from our knowledgeable tour operators really helped us understand the rich history of the seven emirates.

Each place we visited was much grander than the next with our schedules taking us on boat ride down the Marina, Safari with Camels and Dune buggy rides, to going up the Burj Khalifia and visiting the Mosque In Abu Dhabi. It was all a trip one could hope for and a strong inducement to do another C & G Global Connections Travel adventure very soon.

Trip was wonderful in spite of poor leadership

She was very disorganized and every excursion left late. She also left half of her group at the border to Abu Dhabi and went on without us, with no guarantee that alternative activities were available when she made the decision.

"It is unfortunate that this traveler omitted the fact that the (PANDEMIC) decisions that were made for one bus to go through the border were made by the Border Authorities. Fortunately, the bus that was denied was allowed to cross the border into Abu Dhabi the very next day. ALL Travel Partners received what was promised, resulting in everyone taking advantage of the full, organized, scheduled itinerary and no Travel Partner had more privileges than another. Our South Africa honeymoon was a life changing experince and more than we ever expected it to be. Cleo was nothing short of amazing in planning our dream honeymoon. We had several changes that needed t be made during the planning stages and she work tirlessly to make sure our requests were still met. A Great Trip Experience

Ms. Islar responded promptly to all of my questions. I never had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time to get feedback. She even responded to me when she was out of the country. You will enjoy your experience with her.
She worked within our budget and created a great experience in both London and Paris. Both hotels allowed us to be in the center of the key tourist places and activities. In London, we were across the street from Piccadilly Circus. We walked out of our hotel, and across the road it was fabulous. Additionally, the hotel's central location to all the tourist attractions allowed us to walk everywhere.
In Paris, our hotel was between the Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triumph, and Champ Elysee. We were able to walk downstairs in our hotel and look to the left to see the lighting of the Eiffel tower. A great trip experience.

From the very beginning of planning my trip, Cleopatra was there to help. She assisted in finding me a roommate to help make the trip affordable for me. An awe-inspiring cultural and culinary experience

I couldn't imagine visiting 6 countries in Asia in 12 days but alas, Cleo, aka my Mum, made it happen. The attention to detail from when I booked the trip, to planning our various tourist excursions and being in the company of 60 other people with the same thirst for adventure - each an every moment was executed successfully and always with care and thoughtfulness. We started off in Singapore, working our way to Vietname, Hong Kong and Jeju Island but I especially loved our time in Taipei and Tokyo. There were 58 people in our group and Cleo handled everything to our outmost satisfaction. She made it financially possible for us to make this trip by allowing us to make monthly payments. Every month she kept us on track with our payments and the next step to expect. She was thoughtful enough to put together a meet-and-greet so everyone got to know each other prior to our cruise. It was lovely!
She make all the arrangements for the flights, transportation to and from the hotel and the various tours. This was a great help as she's more knowledgeable about the best hotel to stay at and the most popular tours to go on.

We definitely created lasting memories for our family! Thank you for being a part of our awesome adventures! I highly recommend the Mediterranean Cruise WITH port excursions to anyone. We explored Barcelona for 4 days before boarding the Royal Carribean Vision of the Seas ship. Our kids (9 & 12 yrs old) enjoyed all excursions and took away several educational experiences/information. Kids below 9 yrs old with short attention span might not enjoy the excursions and therefore affect the parents' experiences in the process.

Shout out to "C & G Global Connections Travel" for a great job in planning our recent 35th Wedding Anniversary celebration at the Hilton Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. They took care of everything for us. Upgraded our seats on Spirit Airlines; secured a Junior Suite with a great ocean view at the Hilton; even had a Anniversary Card and some chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room on our actual anniversary. This isn't the first time that we received their special attention to details. They planned our trip to Hawaii in 2014. That trip truly was a trip of a lifetime. Honeymoon!

Cleopatra is very friendly and informational.

Introduced to me by a close friend and kindly offered to plan my honeymoon to Los Cabos, Mexico.

I admit I am a bit indecisive at times however Cleopatra was patient with me while deciding my honeymoon location.

There was no pressure to buy and gave useful advice on what to avoid.

I truly appreciated her wisdom in this big decision. Add to that, I have no buyers remorse :)

Cleopatra has been exemplary in her organisation of our 7 day trip to Las Vegas. Our stay in the Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at the Flamingo was faultless. We visited the Santa Monica Beach during our Los Angeles trip. The show, Hitsville was a Hit with me. The food at the Mandalay Hotel and other eateries was superb. European Honeymoon for my son

Exceptional vacation trip from start to finish!

Relaxation and fun for the whole family!
