Shonda was extremely helpful in planning our 30th Anniversary cruise. Couldn't have done it with out her help as their were 3 different couples with varying opinions on where we should go. With professional insight and valuable recommendations she helped us all find common ground and put together a perfect itinerary that promised to meet everyone's expectations. Unfortunately Covid-19 crashed our plans and the cruise was canceled. BUT Shonda's support did not stop there. Her empathy was evident as she helped us every step of the way ; reviewing our options for future cruise credit or a full refund. We chose the refund which I'm guessing means Shonda didn't get paid and she still stayed in contact with helpful advise until we received every dime back. If this Crazy Covid Life every ends. We will be calling her again. Thank you Shonda!!

Shonda fulfilled my bucket list of Thailand!!! Such a great trip. It was made even better with the friends and family that went! Ready for the next trip!

From a brief conversation that I would love to travel turned into a dream come true Shonda sent several ideas over and this one really intrigued us so we started planning early never advancing outside of America and she was able to help us with each step from passports travel arrangements booking seats on an airplane to making our trip overseas enjoyable and introducing us to so many other travel friends that she has made along the way, we are looking so forward to more in our future
