The islands of Hawaii are beautiful. They are filled with rich culture and amazing sights. There are 6 major islands, Hawaii, Maui, Oahu, Lanai, Molokai, and Kauai.

There are also smaller islands, but these are the biggest, and most visited.

The largest of the islands is the island of Hawaii. This island shares its name with the state as a whole. To avoid confusion it is also called The Big Island. The Big Island is the site of 2 active volcanoes Hualalai and Kilauea. This island is full of adventure. With many lovely places for visitors to explore! Including its wonderful black sand beaches, which are sure to captivate any visitor who sees it.

I have personally been to Oahu. Oahu is a beautiful land of culture, where the spirit of aloha is alive and well. One of the most notable parts of this wonderful island was Kualoa Ranch. Kuala Ranch is the shooting site of many major films like the Jurassic Park series, King Kong: Skull Island, Karate Kid, Godzilla, Jumanji, and more. It is no wonder this location is so popular as this location is absolutely stunning. Another must-see is Pearl Harbor. Though it still remains an active military base it was the sight of a large and tragic attack. As such it has a beautifully touching memorial.Also on the island are beautiful sightseeing opportunities. Such as Diamond Head Mountain, The Stairway to Heaven, and more. There is also the historical Dole Plantation, which is where much of the production of Dole products is created.

The island of Maui is a wonderful place to sight-see. One of its most famous attractions is the Road to Hana. The Road to Hana is a highway stretching across most of the island. It is a beautiful road with many places to stop and admire the beautiful sights that Maui has to offer. Maui is also a great sight for whale watching and other excursions. Though every island has similar excursions Maui's sights cannot be beaten. 

The island of Kauai, like the other islands, is filled with many wonderful sights and experiences. It has many wonderful hiking trails, and is home to the Kauai Plantation Railway. Kauai is also home to many parks and lookouts all of which have stunning views. Since Kauai is a smaller island it is a much more suitable vacation spot for anyone wanting a quieter getaway.

Lanai is the destination for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful vacation.Smaller than many of the other islands, Lanai is a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. With not as many people around you, you are free to explore the island and see the sights without seeing as many people around you. There are many things to do here, but one of Lanai's biggest attractions is its cat sanctuary. Where you will be greeted by hundreds of cats, all waiting for you
