Ellie was easy to work with. I had tons of questions on where to go. Then once that was decided I had tons of questions about the resort. She promptly answered them all for me. And of course she booked flights and resort for us too. All went smoothly.

We returned from our trip this last April. As I find myself coming back to Ellie again, I know it was worth mentioning what a wonderful experience she gave us! I began explaining my anxiety with travel, not having been on a plane in almost 20 years. Ellie took care of absolutely everything! I'm so profoundly grateful for her attention to detail, and her consistent tolerance of my continued questions. Our trip was so easy to navigate, I am looking to plan our next trip with Ellie as our guide!

Ellie is absolutely Fabulous! She planned a week long trip to Mexico for 22 people, including lots of kids and multiple families with different needs. Ellie went above and beyond and arranged an excellent resort experience with perfect accommodations and seamless transportation. We had an outstanding time. This was not an easy trip to design and plan but Ellie made it look easy. She is outstanding at her professio & we couldn't be more grateful for Ellie and of course we Love Alex Trettin!

Ellie provided personalized service for our group cruise on Celebrity around Japan. Large group with a lot of different needs and she aced it!

Ellie arranged what was a bit of a complicated trip for me and my granddaughter to visit NYC and Spain. Everything she arranged was just perfect for us including hotels, transportation and flights. It allowed us to relax about the details and enjoy everything so much!
