I found Joleen's information while searching for a Tauck certified travel agent. My husband and I had booked a river cruise on the Rhine with another couple. Not realizing there was a difference, we booked directly through Tauck, including 2 days prior to the cruise and one day after. Joleen made my first solo trip overseas a dream come true! Before I even booked my trip, she answered all of my questions with care and attention to detail.
