Katie helped us organize and prepare for our first family trip to Disney World. She was responsive and made great suggestions, clearly having a lot of knowledge about the experience. Katie helped us plan every aspect of our trip: from flights, hotel and vacation insurance. She offered options for excursions and things to do in the area. She went over safety and travel concerns and even checked in with us a few times during our trip. She went above and beyond and we will never use anyone else going forward!
