First one was a family trip to the Caribbean, and the second was a cruise to the Mediterranean for our honeymoon. Jan is so very knowledgeable about traveling in general, and is able to give you so many suggestions on where to go and what to see. She goes above and beyond to take her time with you to discuss the trip, what to expect, how to navigate your day to day with activities, etc. She is detailed oriented, checks in several times during the planning process by phone and email, she sets everything up for you (activities, flights, hotel) and takes care of all the arrangements. She goes out of her way to be available to you incase something comes up while on your trip, and handles it for you if need be. Jan is reliable, responsive, trustworthy, kind, and personable. Again, she is AMAZING and such a joy to work with! We love her and will only use her to help plan our vacations.
