The ship was absolutely beautiful, the staff was fantastic. We felt really out of place when we got on the ship. (Celebrity Ascent) we went to the welcome lunch in our jeans and t shirt. They made me take off my hat and when we sat down and Trina and I looked at each other after looking around and wondered what we got ourselves into. Once we got settled in and found a schedule it was all worth it and fell into place. We aren’t used to being pampered, but it was so nice. The entertainment on the ship was amazing, the food was even better and we tried something new and different to us every night and were never disappointed. We did 3 excursions and we weren’t all that impressed. We should have just adventured on our own and saved some money. All in all it was a trip of a lifetime to remember.

Rachel is the best! We have used her twice now to book our trips to Orlando. We really appreciated how she took the time to get to know us and our family, our price limitations, and what activities we would really like to do. As someone who already has a million things on her plate, it was such a breath of fresh air to literally just show up. My family of four had an AMAZING time in Cabo San Lucas! We were there for a week in July, staying at the Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas, an all-inclusive resort. The resort itself was very clean, well-staffed, with nice grounds and decent food. I was very pleased with the size of our rooms. The gym/weight room left something to be desired as it was small and had rundown dumbbells (handles were torn up) and the A/C was not working). We did speak to management about this issue. Every staff member we dealt with was incredibly friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would absolutely return to this resort again!

I generally love to plan all of our family trips and enjoy all that goes into making each trip happen but when we decided to do an international trip I knew I needed help! Rachel was recommended over and over again in one of my FB groups and it became pretty obvious why she was spoken so highly of within our first few conversations. I think I’m easy to work with but honestly the details matter to me when it comes to vacations and Rachel was great with every request I had and all my many follow up questions I threw at her! She planned our flights, hotels for both Paris and Disneyland Paris, private transfers from airports to hotels and several excursions includes tours for the Palace of Versailles, the Serine River Cruise and more! This was our first trip to Mexico, and it could not have been more magical! We really appreciated that Rachel gave us several different accommodation options, travel tips, and set up our shuttle from the airport! Her expertise removed a lot of the unknowns and took away a ton of the added stress of planning this trip all on our own. We stayed at the Catalonia Royal Tulum, which was a quiet and dreamy adults-only resort. Though it was a bit farther away from town than expected, it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants for authentic off-site food, and we enjoyed taking the cheap and quick Collectivos into and around town. The town center of Tulum felt really safe, easy to navigate, and not too touristy. We will definitely be going back and using Rachel again to help us plan our next stay!

Trip planning was easy with Rachel! She was prompt with responses and always available. We loved all of our experiences and excursions! The tour group size was 34 and we met lovely people from across the US. We especially loved the personal touches such as making Irish Soda Bread at Tracy's Farmhouse and Shortbread and Floor's Castle. The only glitch we had was our transfer from the hotel in London to Heathrow. Our tour guides gave us a confirmation voucher for the transfer but they failed to show. The Waldorf staff were very helpful and got us a taxi and Disney will reimburse our expense. Wonderful trip and memories!!!
