I am Afeez Atiku and I have been in travel business first as a travel consultant and later as an airline Guest Service Agent with British Airways in Nigeria. I am an IATA/UFTAA Certified travel consultant with many certifications and badges in Travel Management, Travel Planning, Airport Protocol Service, Airport Travel Management Leader and may more.
I started my career with American Express Travels Nigeria and moved on to Carlton Wagon Lit and then Touchdown Travels ltd. I left Touchdown to go manage SpeedWings Travels (owners of British Airways Nigeria GSA). Afstar Travels has been running in Nigeria prior to relocating to Canada and we still keep our Nigeria office while doing all the work from Canada.
Besides working as a Travel Manager, I am also an IT Business Analyst and Data Analyst and I bring that experience into running this business to analyze what the customers love the most and design travel plans that meet their preference.
