Tami was very helpful & attentive to all our needs. She explained the embarking & disembarking process and assisted us with transportation to & from the cruise ship. She has been on many cruise lines & offered tips on how to book excursions, how to use onboard credits & ways to make the most of our experience. She provided us with little trinkets that where very useful for our trip, such as lanyards, magnets & a magnet with our names for our cabin door. Very nice touch! Definitely will use Tami again!

After cruising the eastern Caribbean we decided to cruise the western Caribbean and were not disappointed. Tami had everything planned perfectly and we had a great experience. This was our 3rd cruise with Tami.

My husband and I just returned from our first cruise. Tami was amazing through the whole process and made it all so easy! We had a great time on the MSC Seashore. The only bad take away we had from the whole vacation was that the bed in our room was very hard and cause some back pain. This of course is no reflection on Tami just something we struggled with. Other than that the cruise was amazing and we loved the private MSC island.

We had a great time in Costa Rica. Tami took care of everything and even sent us a trip booklet in the mail a week or so before the trip with all of our information printed out. We stayed at Riu which is a no-frills resort but had all the amenities we needed. The only problem we had was with the transfers to the hotel but we got it all figured out and arrived to the hotel without problems.

We started working with Tami about 6 months before we went on our trip and she did everything in her power to make it an easy an amazing experience for us. Our resort in Costa Rica was great and Tami even helped us work with Delta to get our flight upgraded! An amazing touch to our experience was a folder Tami sent the week before we left with a full printed itinerary and a map of the resort and extra details that were great to know before we left. She was very responsive via email and so easy to work with!

the whole trip was planned out extremely well, the resort we stayed at was truly amazing from the views from each of our rooms, the pools were extremely well taken care of, the restaurant had some of the best meals and the whole staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Tami booked our trip on short notice and we had a lovely room in Hamburg for 2 nights and an all day hop on hop off adventure with 2 boat cruises. Then we spent 14 nights on an MSC cruise to the Arctic Circle and Norway Fjords before heading home.

Tami answered all our questions. We had a great trip. RM service was very good. We were served plenty of food and drink. Hotels were good and so was service. One day we were on a separate bus from our traveling companion, that was a bummer. We were always in back of bus. Seems like maybe “gold” were picked up first. But, other than that travel went well.

The whole area is indescribably beautiful! The amenities on the train are incredible! Things are well orchestrated to get us to where we need to be. Everyone was very friendly and helpful wherever we went.

Tami was amazing to work with. She is super organized and made sure our trip was well thought out and planned to give us the best experience. Great opportunity to cruise and vacation with family members. We all did our own thing but still had time to get together for family dinner. Alaska was on our bucket list and you made it possible! I had been promising an Alaskan Cruise to my wife of 21 years now. Tami made all of this possible for us. She planned everything and it truly was an experience of a lifetime. Sad that it took me so long to make it happen. Literally, Alaska is a postcard around every single twist and turn that you take.

Riu Latino was wonderful!! Rooms were large and everything was VERY clean!! Ocean view rooms were great. Staff were fantastic and always smiling. Food and entertainment was good. Beach was wonderful and clean & had chairs with umbrellas & nothing seemed overpopulated. Staff brought drinks down by the beach as well. The guests were variety in age and it never got too crazy. Would definitely recommend!

Tami helped us plan the best Cancun trip at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach! The hotel was lovely, clean and service was amazing! Food and restaurants were definitely a step above other resorts we have stayed at. The pool & poolside food and drink service were fantastic and the beach was pure powder!

Group of 12 of us went to Mexico and Tami was very timely with her responses and our requests. She gave us multiple different locations/destinations to choose from which was nice. She also sent out brochures/information for transportation, what to bring, how much to tip, what to expect, etc. Lastly, our total cost was less expensive than other travel agents we spoke with. I would use her again for future trips.

Very good vacation. The people at the RUI did an excellent job. Probably one of the newer resorts that we have stayed at. Really enjoyed the layout of the resort. You were close to the pools and restaurants.

Tamra helped select a great Cancún resort, the RIU Latino. In preparation for our trip she provided all the necessary details in a timely and complete manner and all details of the trip went as planned. The shuttle service for transportation from and back to the airport was excellent. Their vans and their people were high quality. Everything about this resort was well planned out. It was very clean, organized and the restaurants, pools, and beach provided a great experience.

We had a little hiccup during our trip and she spent time on her Saturday to fix the issue and was so helpful! This was a family vacation for 9 to Dreams resort in Mazatlan Mx. Tami was great to work with and so helpful! We had family flying out of 4 different locations and she organized every detail. We had a few airline hiccups that started the night before our departure and Tammy jumped on it as soon as I contacted her! She had us booked on another flight and got us to our destination as planned. Another airline issue popped up the day of departure for my son flying out of Atlanta and she took care of everything once again! I had text her to let her know the flight was delayed a 2nd time and she replied that she had already been on the phone with my son! She thought of everything, right down to changing the airport transportation for him and was in touch with him directly. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond! The resort was great as well! A huge thank you to Tami!

Tami is great to work with. She makes sure that everything you need is taken care of care of such as transportation to and from airport, makes sure all paperwork is in order, recommends excursions that may interest you. She is the total package. She even sends you a little care package right before you leave. She has planned multiple trips for us and has knocked it out of the park each time. We had a wonderful time. Our resort was very nice, but large. The resort staff transported us on golf carts. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The pools were great. Our suite was on the beach, I enjoyed morning coffee on our patio and just loved the sun and ocean. We did partake a dinner cruise that was also fun, and the food was wonderful. We didn't do a Mexican food themed cruise. Thank you, Tami, for planning our trip, transportation, watching our flight times so we had plenty of time from one flight to another. Also, thanks for all of the additional information you provided since we had never been out of the US. We will definitely contact you for the next trip!

Four of us traveled from MN to Spain and Italy. Tami found amazing airfare that was much lower than anything we could find on our own. She booked hotels and VRBOs for us in several cities in Spain and Italy. Halfway through the trip, I came down with pneumonia and unexpectedly needed to stay put in Venice and skip Rome. Tami helped us navigate informing the next hotel and when they would not refund our money (it truly was last minute), she contacted them several times on our behalf. Tami found safe, mid-range hotels for us, which was exactly what we requested. She checked in with us periodically during the planning and the last weeks leading up to our departure, to make sure we were set and to answer questions. She helped us navigate applying for Global Entry and made sure all information was on our documents. She does not miss a detail throughout the process. Tami arranged a road trip for our Corvette Club to Branson MO. The motels that she selected were excellent and not overly pricey. She worked out all the stops along the way for gas and meals and provided each person in the group with the times and addresses of each stop. Tami is a very detailed person. During the trip we even had a surprised stop in Springfield MO at the Route 66 visitors center which was awesome.

In Branson, Tami provided information on various shows we could attend as well as other local attractions. Tami also arranged for the group to go to a local attraction, called Top of The Rock which had some very scenic views  of the area all via a Golf Cart and an impressive museum.

All in all, the trip was 5 Star, and I would recommend Tami as a travel agent for anyone for any location.
