Working with Mary June was great. She answered any questions that we had and didn't leave us guessing about something we didn't know. Although we booked about 8-9 months in advance she kept in constant contact throughout the months to make sure everything was still going well. We have never used a traval agent before but we will definitely be going back to Mary June if we need another one!

She is very organized and informed us ahead of time with guidelines and travel protocols. Checked with us when the airlines changed our flight. Mailed us detailed step by step travel documents the week before we left. We were very prepared with her help. Gave us lots of helpful details about the Sandals resort.

I am a repeat client of MJ (Mary June Williams) and this is why? On Aug 23, 2021, I bought airline tickets for a May of 2022 trip to our favorite Sandals Resort in St. Lucia. As I am accustomed to doing I shot MJ a copy of my confirmed flights. She contact me by phone shortly after and asked why the names on the confirmation did not match my and my wife's passports. She went on to tell me that not having an exact match which included our middle names will be a problem. She highly recommended that I find out why? The very next day she called me and told me that after a sleepless night from worrying she insisted that I correct the issue as she feared that TSA would not allow us to board the plane unless the names on the tickets and our passports were an exact match. So, I followed up as she highly recommended and I was successful in making the changes. MJ is the most thorough, detail oriented and caring travel agent I have ever worked with and will not work with anyone else.

excellent, good advice about plane trip and navigating airports

This trip started as an idea to spend some time with my family. Life is busy and we aren't all in one place very often. I got in touch with Mary June when it was just an idea. The process was easy . She asked questions about budget, location, dates etc. with each round of questions she shared options for different locations, different resorts etc. We decided on Jamaica as we had never been and she sent us lots of options for different locations. We chose Riu, Ocho Rios location. It was within budget all inclusive and family friendly. Mary June was helpful with all aspects of planning this trip. She even gave us updates after the hurricane went through and eased my concerns. When it was time for the trip , Mary June sent a package that contained paperwork for everything I might need for the trip including transportation to and from airport. The resort was everything we hoped for and the weather was beautiful. I would 100% trust Mary June to book us another vacation.

MJ helped us plan our first ever trip to Sandals, a delayed honey moon for my husband and I. I found MJ about 21 years ago when I was looking to book my honeymoon. I was looking as sandals as a destination, however after meeting and talking with myself and my now ex husband, she knew Sandals was not for us. We decided to do a cruise to Alaska. We had issues due to hurricanes the day before we departed. With MJ's help we planned a Vegas honeymoon instead in about an hour of being on the phone. About a year or so later we contacted her again and we finally made it to Alaska. Since it was our first cruise, she made sure we knew what to expect, gave us advice, and contacted the cruise line if she was unsure or just to confirm any questions I had. Since then, I had divorced and moved to Illinois. I didn't think she would be able to help with honeymoon plans from Virginia, so I didn't contact her. We went with a local travel agent and I was very disappointed. She put no effort into making our honeymoon special. Any questions I had she said I would have to contact the cruise line. We came to her not knowing where we wanted to go, and she spent no time with us to help find the perfect place. I told my now husband that I should have reached out to MJ instead. I did contact MJ once we got back and she immediately remembered me and said she could have helped. So, from now on as long as MJ is a travel agent I will be going to her to book any cruises or inclusive destinations. Since I know she will take pride in making it special. She is the best!

When she sends you off on your vacation all your travel information and documents are placed in individual envelops for easy access, you are given luggage tags, credit card protectors, passport holders, travel information about your destination, general travel tips, and other useful items and materials that make your life while you are away simple. She is an award winner through Sandals but she can send you anywhere you want to go with over 300 different tour groups if you want to do that. Very polite and makes the process easy

When it came time to plan our 10 year anniversary and basically our honeymoon (10 years late) I wanted to make sure it was done by the best. MJ was recommended to me by a family member. I knew I wanted to go to Sandals and who better to assist me than someone who has been there 150+ times! MJ took the time to help me make the best decision for my husband and I . She listened to our wants and needs as well as worked with us to stay on budget. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mary June.
