Elisa went above and beyond to make our dream vacation come true! From resort reservations and dining to our VIP tours she took care of every detail of our trip on a very short notice for a Xtmas/NYE vacation and was able to book everything we were looking for. Great Excellent . One of the best experiences I had working with a travel agent . Right from the first conversation where we were still not sure whether to go with an agent or not she was really helpful . Giving the right suggestions and the perfect I ternary for our trip . What is really loved about her is she never tried to convince us for anything be it onsite or genie plus or memory maker or the dining plans . She just told us the pro’s & con’s of everything and left the decision to us . We had travelled on March 8th and had made all the booking just less than a month before . When the whole world was trying to make us feel that it’s too late there comes Elisa with all the possibilities. I could see how much she really loved her job and how passionate she is . Elisa was with me every step of the way to help me through my first cruise. With it being my first cruise there was a lot I dint know or understand but she was there to explain. I could contact her at different times of the day and she was always there to answer my questions in a timely manner. When she takes you on as a client, you don't feel like she is your travel agent. She feels like a friend helping you get through the stress of planning a vacation. Even with that feeling, she was always prompt with a reply when you have a question, quick with reminders of important dates, and went to bat for us for little things we were looking for with our vacation. As someone who works where customer service always counts, she is the perfect example of that and what you would want in a travel agent!

Elisa was great! We had a group of 14 which included an addition right before dining reservations were made (like legit the night before!) and making adjustments went smoothly with her help! We had 4 room reservations and while we were together as a group we also had separate plans. She helped make planning easy for us!

Elisa was AWESOME. We get very frustrated with things that are out of the ordinary and she was always there to help us. I actually hated being a PAIN, but she was great about all of our questions.

Disney fans here! This was the first time for us to go to Walt Disney World, and even though we know the ins and outs of Disneyland (CA), WDW was a bit overwhelming, and we wanted to plan it right! Enter Elisa. With her extensive knowledge and experience, she helped us plan the perfect trip. From arranging the hotel, getting our park tickets, to hotel/airport transfers, to timely notifying us of essential dates for restaurant reservations, Elisa was on it!! We had a wonderful time!! Having VIP seating for the shows was so nice. Some of our favorite things:

So, Olga's Cantina at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge we felt was a waste of time. We were not impressed, just a long wait for an expensive drink.

As a first timer at Walt Disney World, I had NO CLUE where to start. I didn’t know what hotel to stay at, what restaurants to go to, or what rides to go on. Elisa took the time to find out what was important to me and my group and crafted the best Disney trip I could have imagined. She set us up at the most convenient hotel near Epcot, so we could walk. She got us into the best restaurants and scheduled them out perfectly. I loved Sanaa so much!! We definitely ate REALLY well on this trip! Elisa went out of her way, before our Magic Kingdom vacation, to ensure that I was comfortable with the process. The vacation was a dream for my 4-year-old great-granddaughter!

Elisa helped plan and coordinate a week and a half vacation to Miami and Orlando Florida. Our group had 9 people who arrived and departed on different days so we were not a super easy group to work with. Elisa helped with hotels, Disney World and Universal Studios park tickets, and meal reservations at the park.

We had no problems during our vacation, except two of our group had their flight delayed a day due to a grounded plane. Even though it was a Saturday, Elisa helped coordinate with us and the hotel to ensure they didn't lose their reservation.
