There were some minor issues...the trip home through Toronto was unnecessarily cumbersome (a heads up or direct flight to Newark would have made things easier), but I was extremely happy with the tour and with the help we received from Bobbi. I had a fabulous time.

The trip to Ireland was great, but there was a few hiccups, such as delayed flights, airlines ran out of food and beverages, which I know Avoya was not responsible for, but it made for an unpleasant part of the trip... both ways... to and from Ireland.

I would recommend, but I think most would like to work in Canadian dollars and use a company they are more familiar with.

We were well pleased with the service we received up to the point when we arrived at our destination in Edinburgh. We were promised transfers from the airport. There were none. We were left on our own to take a cab to the hotel. Ditto, our return trip from the hotel to the airport in Dublin. In speaking with our agent, I received the following reply: "I am discussing with CIE why that transfer was not waiting. They did call me when you were touring to make sure that the transfers on the return were correct and did not mention the in bound." Meanwhile, we're hoping for a reimbursement of the cab fare.

She worked with getting us a stateroom that would accomodate 3 when initially 2 were going then 3 and finally 2 and never was inpatient with us and changes that kept being made.
