Jennifer answered ALL of my questions - from start of planning to right before our trip. I knew nothing, and she did an excellent job giving me options for our family, recommending experiences, modifying those recommendations based on our family's needs, etc. From food/restaurants to hotel options, to shuttle experience, and It was SO helpful having someone who knew the ins and outs of Universal to educate and guide us along the way.

She even sent over Trip Reveal Ideas for us to tell our girls. She was spectacular!

She was super helpful during our trip to Disney and Universal and answered all our questions even we texted her while in line at the park. We even used her to go on an amazing girls trip through Royal Caribbean. Again - details were taken care of, iteniraries at each Port scheduled and emailed ahead of time as well.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. I started off by telling her why we were traveling (graduation gift/50th birthday), where we wanted to go (Universal Studios/Disney Florida) and our budget.
Jennifer provided us with 3 package options. Once we decided on a package, we paid and everything was set up. I had a few questions a few weeks later and she quickly researched and sent me a response to my questions. Jennifer was a text away when I needed advice and I appreciate that since planning trips is not something I do well.
