Alexis assisted me and my partner in planning a trip to Hawaii. We knew this trip would require a lot of planning and were eager for support. Alexis was very helpful with making our final decisions, and was very responsive in answering any questions. Once we had a final itinerary and were ready to pay the deposit, we ran into issues with the system in accepting our payment. Alexis was very calm and communicative, and was able to work with support to get our deposit accepted so that our trip was secured. She provided us a link to a thorough itinerary with confirmation numbers. The trip started perfectly, however, one of our excursions was cancelled at the last minute due to a lack of participants. Alexis took care of the refund process, and gave us a list of new excursions all within an hour! We booked a snorkeling adventure in place and were back in vacation mode! I’m so grateful for her support, as it really took a lot of stress out of the entire process.
