This is my families second time booking through Sarah. We reached out at the last minute to plan a trip to London/Paris for Spring Break. I had no idea what we should do when we visited. Sarah was able to provide multiple resort options that met all of our “must haves.” She even set up airport transport and VIP access at the airport that we didn’t even know we needed, but truly made the trip exactly what we wanted! I wanted to plan a family trip to Costa Rica with a lot of experiences but had no idea where to begin. I worked with travel agents in the past, but they want to push single all-inclusive resorts. Not what I was looking for. Sarah was professional and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted, gave me multiple options and suggestions. She booked exactly what we were looking for. We were supposed to take this trip in July 2023 but had to reschedule. Sarah took the time, while on vacation, to rebook the trip a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, I got Covid the day before the trip and we had to cancel again (so glad Sarah encouraged me to get travel insurance). We finally took the trip in June 2024 and had the best time. The resorts and tours she booked were incredible, and the companies she booked the tours with had fun and knowledgeable tour guides. Sarah was also super accessible during our trip to answer questions. We are so grateful for the memories she helped us create!

Sarah planned an 80th birthday trip for us. The hotel she chose was beautiful and the service was excellent. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. She set up all our excursions, walking tours, and museum visits. We wanted to make one change while we were there and she managed that for us. Sarah advised us to make our dinner reservations early. That was certainly good advice. She did our flight reservations and planned the transportation to the hotel and back again to the airport. Sarah listened carefully to what we thought we wanted to do and gave us wonderful advice. It was all perfect!

Sarah is THE BEST! She helped me plan our Anniversary Trip to Alaska and my husband and I are still talking about it a year later! Sarah was easy to work with as she listened to our needs and offered suggestions on excursions and more. She helped me keep track of deadlines so we didn't miss out on important parts of the trip.
