Can’t say enough good things about Katie… she helped book our first River Cruise on the Rhine River. We initially booked with Crystal Cruise lines who subsequently went bankrupt due to Covid. Katie was so helpful in helping us get our money refunded and then re-booked us on Viking River Cruises. We had a trip of our lifetime… and Katie was there for us from start to finish. Would highly recommend her and Avoya Travel.
