We have literally kissed enough "frogs" over the years to know the difference between the good, the bad and the ugly, but Jamie, wow, he is the best. How fortunate we are to have him as our agent. I didn't know travel could be so easy until I met my travel agent, Jamie Grau. From the start, Jamie organized my trip with more information than I could have found on my own. When I had a question, Jamie had an almost immediate response. It didn't matter what day of the week it was, he was there to help. Jamie helped me decide the specifics of my vacation by supplying me with numerous booking options (prices included). After the trip was booked, he contacted me at each stage of the planning and payment process so that I would stay organized without having to think about it. I even received communication after the trip because Jamie cared enough to make sure my vacation had been perfect. He is tops at communication! Jamie was a big help in booking our Avalon river cruise from Amsterdam to Brussels in April 2024. We were supposed to go in April 2023 but had to cancel due to my wife's illness. Jamie helped to quickly get a partial refund in accordance with Avalon's cancellation policy. The rest was covered by insurance. He helped in a bad situation.
