Favorite Cruise

My favorite trip was a 10-day cruise aboard the Celebrity Equinox that included 2 nights in New Orleans.

One of the days in New Orleans just so happened to be on Fat Tuesday - the jewel in the crown of Mardi Gras.

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful and historic city. The people are super-friendly, the culture is fascinating, and the Mardi Gras parades are spectacular!

Some of the culinary delights we enjoyed were beignets at Cafe Du Monde, Hurricanes at Pat O’Brien’s, char-broiled oysters at Drago’s, and a greasy hubcap burger at Clover Grill.Visiting New Orleans during Mardi Gras should be on everyone’s bucket list.

From the beginning of planning to the actual trip Nicole was extra helpful . first finding us the right cruise to fit our needs, for a fair price , we needed wheelchair assistance for my wife , Nicole handled that as well as on shore excursions . I know I must have called Nicole multiple times with Questions , her punctuality in returning my calls was exceptional ,even after booking . THANKS Nicole!!!

Dream vacation for our 30th anniversary

Nicole was great! She listened to what we were looking for and then came back with several options. She guided us through the details of each one and we finally agreed on what turned out to be a fantastic vacation. Nicole made sure that we were well-informed about our destination country and fully prepared for our trip. There was a name mismatch between passport and airline ticket -- she was able to get that resolved quickly. During our trip there were no surprises. Everything was just as Nicole had described. Our experience on this trip exceeded all expectations.

World class experience

We have just signed up for our second Oceania Cruise with Nicole. Her knowledge of the amenities and excursions is so helpful in making our experience the best it can be. One more trip off our bucket list

Nicole was a gem to work with. I am hearing impaired so unable to use the telephone, but Nicole went the extra mile to arrange things through our son when email was not practical. Best of all, this same son who has MS and is unable to walk was able to join my wife and I on our cruise and Nicole reviewed the available cabins for a third passenger and made suggestions which worked out just perfectly.
