The qualities that Jason demonstrated as we worked through the details of our "trip of a lifetime" are those that every agent should possess. From the start Jason was exceedingly patient with us. We were all in on taking a cruise but not sure where to go. He talked us through the features and benefits (and the pitfalls) of various cruises before we settled on a 14 day NCL cruise from San Antonio, Chile to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Jason talked us through each detail of the featured cruise package to assure us that we were getting the best value for the money . Remarkably, he secured a family suite with fantastic amenities for a lower cost than a balcony cabin. He fielded our every question attentively and with good humor, answering immediately what he could and contacting us quickly with answers that required research. Jason is a fantastic travel agent. He listens to your interests and cultivates experiences based on your interests. He is very knowledgable about ports of call as well as giving you different options for your cruises.. Meaning he will provide alternative cruise lines and destinations based on what would meet your needs.
He is extremely prompt in follow up to your questions. I appreciate this since I tend to ask a lot of questions before I make a decision on a cruise or vacation destination.

I booked 2 cruises with Jason and he handled all the details for me. He made planning and logistics so much easier for me and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport since I arrived a few days early. Jason provided lots of insight and recommendations based on his own experience traveling to Antarctica so I was super prepared for my trip and very excited knowing I just had to show up at the airport and the rest had been handled for me.
