My wife and I travel to the Caribbean once a year and like to go to a different Sandals property each year. Vikki is a wealth of knowledge about the properties as she has visited most of them herself so she has first hand knowledge and provides great pictures for reference. She also gives great tips for things to do outside the resort enjoying the island which we appreciate. We love working with her each year!

Our Travel Planner Vikki is outstanding. She communicates very well and keeps on top of every detail for us. Any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. She is so pleasant to work with that we will continue to contact her for future trips.

Vikki is amazing to work with! She knows a lot about so many places and provides great recommendations along with her excellent and timely communication. She organizes everything and sends notifications and reminders when things are due or need to be tended to. Her service takes so much of the stress off of planning a trip. I have had Vikki as my travel agent for well over 10 years. Vikki handles all my traveling needs from Disney to cruising. I find Vikki to be one of the most qualified agents I've ever worked with...and I've used many. During COVID, when cruises were cancelled, Vikki hung in there making the calls, the new reservations and changes necessary. I have never had an issue with any reservation, payment or cruise line changes. Communication is always top notch. Always returns calls quickly. Always reachable. it's nice to be able to count on one person all the time rather than a "call agency".

Vikki is such a delight to work with. If she recommends a course of action, it is best just to listen to what she has to say, such as timing purchasing airline tickets or upgrading to the Club Mobay add on, she will not steer you wrong.
