First Trip to the Dominican Republic

I highly recommend Shawn for any travel needs. I had booked a new resort that was supposed to open by our travel date, but as we approached our departure, it became clear that the resort would not be completed in time. I reached out to Shawn for assistance, and she took over immediately.
Shawn worked with the resort to cancel our reservation and helped us secure a different location with added perks. She also changed our flights and arranged airport transfers to and from the resort. Her communication was prompt and her recommendations were excellent.
After we arrived at the resort, Shawn checked in on us to ensure everything was going smoothly. This was my first experience using a travel agent, and I can't believe I hadn't reached out to Shawn sooner. I will definitely rely on her for all our future travel needs! I never even thought of using a TA, we recently moved to a new town, I saw a post about Shawn, a local TA, so I thought what do we have to lose. I contacted her and she immediately went to work getting info. Shawn new exactly where we needed to go! We were scheduled to go to Sandals, Montego Bay on May 8, for 10 days, Shawn took care of absolutely everything! On 5/5 we had a family tragedy. I called Shawn, and she immediately took care of fixing everything! She got us rescheduled, and everything moved and rebooked. We were dealing with a lot of stress, so the fact that she took all of that off our plate was amazing and I can not thank her enough for taking such good care of us. We were finally married 6/21! We had an amazing time at Hyatt Zilara Cancún, all thanks to Shawn!! We were blown away by the ease of the entire trip. Everything was coordinated perfectly. We had a few bumps getting home, due to bad weather (by no fault of anyone) and Shawn was able to coordinate changing flights to get us home. She responded quickly when needed and even while we were on our flight, she had us booked to a new flight by the time we landed. It could not have been an easier trip!! She put in a lot of time making sure we were able to get home safely and in the planning process. What can I say????? I can say don’t plan another vacation on your own. I told Shawn exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was and the vacation was booked!!! It was the easiest process ever. And the day we were boarding our Christmas cruise we had questions and she answered them immediately (keep in mind I tried calling Royal Caribbean myself and they couldn’t figured it out). Stress-Free Travel Thanks to Shawn

This was our second trip working with Shawn, and once again, she made the entire experience absolutely seamless from start to finish.
We were originally scheduled to travel to Secrets St. Lucia in January 2025, but when the resort’s opening was delayed, Shawn immediately stepped in and worked directly with Secrets to transition our trip to the Dominican Republic instead. She handled every detail, rebooking, accommodations, and transfers, making what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless on our end.
Then, mid-2025, Shawn reached back out with incredible news: she had arranged for us to receive a complimentary trip to Secrets St. Lucia for the same length of stay as our original booking. Thanks to her diligence and advocacy, we were able to take that trip in January 2026, and once again, the process couldn’t have been easier because Shawn managed everything.
One of the standout moments was her recommendation to take the ferry from the airport to the resort due to the road conditions. That suggestion alone elevated our experience; the ferry ride felt like an excursion in itself, and it’s something we never would have known to do without her guidance.
Shawn truly goes above and beyond. She is responsive, detail-oriented, mindful of budget, and fully committed to creating the most magical travel experiences possible. We trust her completely and will continue to use her for all of our travel needs.

This was our first Virgin Cruise and our second cruise ever. We had a great time mixing both relaxation time in our room and balcony to the dinners and entertainment later in the evenings. The ocean days were highly welcomed as we needed that time to relax and take in some sun on the Perch deck! There really isn't anything negative that I can remember on this trip...it was that good! Feeling Relaxed & Refreshed

We gave Shawn a challenge and she executed it perfectly! We took a very last minute much needed vacation to Maui! Last minute as in we booked it I believe 17 days before we left. Now I am generally a planner so talk about stress, Shawn took all that away for me from planning and booking everything from the most beautifully perfect accommodations for us, flights and transportation. Couples trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres!

We used Shawn for a group vacation to Excellence Playa Mujeres and we are so happy we did! We booked in June of 2024 for our trip in March of 2025 and she was SO patient with me and my nerves and 10,000 questions. She was able to help with our room/building request and we had one of the best views I’ve had there! Plus as an added bonus we were close to the other couple we came with - just a few rooms down! She booked our transfers as well which went smoothly too! We enjoyed working with her so much that we booked our girls trip back to Mexico for 2026 with her!!
