At WinB Travel we have a passion and an unmatched focus on making travel as stress-free as possible. 

Hi! My name is Winifred Barrett and I am the owner of WinB Travel.  In 2016, we were proud to be awarded the Best Special Needs travel agency in Utah. This along with the many testimonials let us know that we were succeeding in simplifying travel. 

We have a strong interest in assisting people that fit into any of the following three area: Those with special needs or disabilities· Seniors / those over 55 years old·       Multigenerational travel / Those interested in traveling with Grandparents and Grand Kids.

We have had many years of experience in the travel industry including previous professional experience with a major airline. We know and understand how important it is to have someone who understands the needs of a traveler.  Especially those who fall into the areas listed above. We are certified with all the major cruise lines, as well as insider knowledge of many key destinations. We are constantly staying up-to-date with vendor trainings and we use only reputable vendors that we have learn to trust in our 17 years in the travel industry.

My favorite type of travel is cruises.  I find them the best way to total get away and relax.  There is definitely something to be said about someone waiting on you hand and foot!  It is also a great way to get out and experience so many countries.

We recently went on a seven day river cruise on the American Cruise Line’s Queen of the Mississippi boat. After many years, we are finally getting around to taking that trip we've talked about forever! When we called Winifred she made planning that trip SO easy. She is so knowledgeable and it took her no time at all to select several different vacations for us to pick from. Did we want to see this? Did you want to do that while you're there? There was absolutely no pressure but just making sure we had all the options. When we had questions she responded right away. We picked the perfect trip and excursions we wanted. She is so easy to talk to and has such a professional, fun, exciting personality. We take our vacation mid Aug and we are so excited. We haven't worried one bit about making the arrangements and feel very certain every detail is taken care of. Winifred is such a joy and a true professional!! Highly recommend Winifred!

I happened to meet Winifred on a flight my husband and I were flying on - and I am so happy I did. At that time, I was impressed by her courtesy and friendliness, I didn't even know she was a travel agent. I am so happy, however, that I inquired and she told me that her business was arranging travel for others. Winifred has planned several large trips for my husband and me and has arranged many hotel and air reservations for smaller trips. She arranged our Panama Canal Cruise and our Boston to Quebec cruise, to name only two. She is highly efficient, replies promptly to our many questions, and goes the extra mile to be sure our trip is trouble free. My husband and I live in Orange, CA but rather than uses a local travel agent, based on my long experience with Winifred, I always go to her. I have also referred several others to her, and they have been equally pleased.

Certainly an interesting trip but not the best.

Winifred booked a Panama Cruise for my husband and me. Things got complicated as we returned to the states to fly home because of bad weather and the airlines lack of help and compassion for stranded flyers. I called Winifred from Florida with my problem and within an hour had a flight arranged for us to get home. Very stressful time and without her expertise and help no telling how long we would have been stranded in Chicago. Great Job.

Perfect planner for the busy person!

My every day is planned to the hilt, so when it comes to vacations, I love leaving that to somebody else. Winifred has taken a travel idea of mine that's totally flimsy and fleshes it out with everything I need. It relieves all the pressure and we've had some fantastic adventures.
I also love that she's so patient with me. She gives me ideas with full itineraries and then I change my mind. She's cool with that and helps me come up with something I love.
I've had great experiences with her.
